The J Street Gym

Thought I’d try J street because of its location. Walked in and was utterly disappointed. It’s almost as if covid was never a thing. Everyone is walking around without masks (even employees), guests are sneezing and coughing on equipment without spray bottles in sight, there’s multiple dudes in a 6ft sauna. If you’re here for meathead gainz it’s a prime gym. But for anyone who wants a clean gym that they feel comfortable in, I would highly discourage going here.

Great gym for athletes of many types, simple prices, amazing equipment. Note that J street doesn't have heavy bags for boxing.They have turf for sleds, as well as atlas stones and other strong-man type equipment as well.

The J Street Gym is a great place to train! The people are friendly and relaxed. Just there to get in some good training! Sometimes the bathroom isn't clean or stocked and sometimes it's hard to find help at the front desk. But other than that, it's a wonderful gym!!

Great gym. Very nice selection of machines and plenty of benches with free weights galore. Very respectful patrons, which says a lot about a gym imo. Would recommend to anyone, just starting out or a five time Mr. Olympia.

i love this gym. it’s very old school and “meathead like.” the people here don’t mess around. i would definitely not recommend if you’re a beginner/ intimidated easily. however i have met supportive group of lifters here that motivate and help me out every day. the atmosphere is also very motivating itself great for people who take their stuff seriously. i also love how they give a student discount.

Very unfriendly staff, some chick was cussing me out saying I couldn’t touch the 40 pound weights or else she’d kick me out of the gym. Very intimidating and horrible costumer service, do not recommend. The place is a glorified garage with torn up flooring and rude staff.

Was brought in excited for the fact that they have child care which I thought was exciting! Come to find out the worker , Calle doesn’t care at all about her job . Constantly on her phone and letting the children fight with one another . I’ve had my baby come home with scratches due to another child scratching her , come to find out from another coworker that it was her child and all she said was to be “ gentle “. I enjoy this gym very much but saddened to see her not care about others safety or even letting a parent know of what had happened .

This is a great place to work out! Also very convenient because it's just down the street from BHS and right next to Haas Hall Academy. So students can go before or after school. The prices are very affordable too.

This gym is THE best. #1 gym in Northwest Arkansas. Heck probably the whole state. Very welcoming environment and people. Wonderful bargain for all the wonderful options.
