From the very first session, I was hooked. The workout is divided into 9 intense rounds, each targeting different muscle groups and incorporating a variety of exercises. It's like getting a full-body workout in just half an hour! The best part is that the rounds are structured as high-intensity interval training (HIT), which keeps my heart rate up and maximizes calorie burn. Totally worth it!

I’m giving this gym 3 stars only because of Naylynn, evening session trainer. Naylynn trains everyone regardless of gender or physical appearance, she focuses on each client who is present and working out, correcting form to reduce injury in addition to ensuring a beneficial workout for those who came to train. I choose to frequent the evening sessions over the morning sessions because of Naylynn’s training style, she is tough but your body will thank you.JT the manager provided a decent workout during my trial session but afterwards he was working out when I was working out if I attended the morning session, he would yell “30 minutes” or “next station” but other then that he was doing his own thing. After my trial session, I never received training from him.Chase, a morning trainer, boxed with me my first week at the gym, his training makes you sweat, by week two he started working with me less and started being on his phone more often or only training clients he was attracted to. This left older clients, heavier clients and novice clients to complete circuits without any guidance. I began to loose enthusiasm for working out at this gym after week two honestly because one purchases an expensive membership at a kickboxing gym to kickbox not look at monitors, I was there to train.Roger was attentive but I only trained with him once on a Friday and I never saw him again, he is a gentle trainer.I trained with Alex, evening trainer, I believe 3 or 4 times, once during the morning session and the remainder during the evening session. Alex only trains clients when he feels like it, if he is present, he may train you, he may not, it depends who else is working out. If you are not a thin and fair in complexion… his phone supersedes your workout. If he does decide to train you, he will work you hard and your body will thank you later. For $195 a month I expected to have hard core training by all trainers but that was not the case. I completed two months at this gym, there is no flexibility regarding memberships if you choose 2 months or more, you are expecting to pay for each month consecutively… there is no pausing your membership. Another con for me.If you do decide to purchase a membership, frequent the evening sessions… Naylynn will have you reaching your body goals in no time.

Alex and the team are great. I really enjoy my workouts here and also love the flexibility of being able to just jump into a round whenever my schedule allows - no class times. All to say, what keeps people coming back to a gym are the trainers. The trainers here are friendly, experienced, outgoing and inclusive.
