I’m not a person who likes exercise at all, but 9Round & kickboxing are my kind of thing! My husband & I have belonged just over a year, & when we needed to modify certain elements as well as our membership plans, the gang at 9Round was so easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

First workout and I'm feeling it all over! Absolutely love it. The three minute rounds really kept me alternating which muscles I was working, which kept me motivated when I got tired. Felt like I was going to yak right at the end but not in a bad way. Definitely my new obsession!
