AYB is my favorite places in town. The best gym in Springfield, hands down. The trainers are professional, positive and friendly. They get to know you and push you to be your best while protecting from injury at the same time. Each workout is easily adjusted to every fitness level. The variety of clients is fun and inspiring.

AYB has everything I could ever ask for: small group classes, strength training, and nutritional services. Every trainer at the gym is personable and professional. They always take the time to explain every exercise and will provided one-on-one attention when needed. The workouts change on a daily basis so each time it’s something new and challenging!I’ve worked one-on-one with Alix for nutrition and she’s amazing! She’s provided detailed information and a plan that is specific for me and my tastebuds.It’s worth it - give it a try! 😊

BEST gym hands down! The group classes are the best total body work outs. Add strength class in a few days a week and you have a perfect combo. Trainers know their stuff. They focus on form and doing it correctly vs high weight. Anyone with injury or limitations are still able to complete classes because of their ability to quickly modify any movement.

Not only did Cassie help my daughter exceed her goals—lowering her body fat percentage, increasing lean muscle mass—she taught her the importance of eating well-balanced, nutrition dense meals. My daughter is running again, and she is thrilled with her leaner physique.
