OTF is the best workout for overall fitness, in my opinion. Classes and coaches are always energetic and I always walk away feeling accomplished. Whether you are an athlete or a fitness novice, you will leave class feeling amazing!

Theo is an amazing coach! And the staff is super friendly. Workouts are different everyday. Very challenging and always pushing you harder. Music is also a huge plus.

The group support, the knowledge, the encouragement and the support of the coaches and the staff, the cleanliness of the workout equipment are impressive. I've found floor work with a personal trainer previously to be boring and non-challenging and expensive. I've not done any type of rowing except floating some of our Missouri rivers in a canoe. I've been a 5 mi. walker every day of my life...so at 77, it's been a bit of a surprise to find out that it's hard to do a bunch of burpees, hard to bop over the bench one side to the other, hard to row properly...HARD IS HARD BUT SO IS IMPROVEMENT AND JOY IN ACHIEVING A CHALLENGE. Looking up over the hair in my eyes to a coach who shows me a better way to knell so I'm not putting on due stress on my back...Can't begin to say how much of a cheerleader I am about our Orange Theory...

The coach lead workouts are more challenging and varied than a traditional gym. The entire staff is wonderful, OTF is great environment I would highly recommend it.

There is no better use of my 60 minutes than I have found in this workout. Classes are predetermined so I do not have to figure out what exercises to perform and the coaching is highly engaged so that I get immediate feedback and encouragement. I am not an athlete but am growing stronger, more flexible and in better health by the workout.

Love Orange Theory!! I’ve been a member now for 1 1/2 years and have built great relationships with staff and other members. Workouts are challenging and motivating. I love monitoring my heart rate and calories burned throughout my workout.

Very difficult to quit. The contract says that I would have a 30 day cancellation notice requirement, but in actuality, it was 30 days plus however long until your next payment. So if you cancel 1 day after your payment date, it is 2 months before they will actually cancel you. So you pay an extra $100-160 AFTER you tell them you quit depending on your plan. Plus you have to fill out MORE paperwork to submit your cancellation - it requires a signature. Very expensive to start because you must buy their heart monitor. The workouts were fine, and the coaches were good, but the workouts did not leave me feeling particularly worked out as well as my home routines because they are basing the whole workout on heartrate zones, but they do deliver a workout worth trying out if maintenance is your goal. WHAT THEY DO WELL: They have an excellent reminder program to help you encourage you to continue. They have a great app with daily, new at home workouts that track your heart rate the same as in class. They do a great job of social distancing and disinfecting for Covid. I felt safe there.

Orangetheory is the place to go if you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, or improve your fitness level. The coaches are great motivators and help with form and technique each class. The heart rate monitor really lets you know how hard you are working. I’ve been a member for 1 1/2 years and hate I don’t join sooner.
