I started at OTF two years ago when our studio opened. I started off doing 8 classes a month and after a year started going unlimited. The coaches have been fantastic with helping me with my form and always working with me when it comes to my bad back (kyphosis). My posture is so much better and I now run 5k’s just for fun. I love that every day is different and I have made so many new friends along the way. I actually like working out now!

Wonderful experience! Have taken one class and enjoyed the variety of people, loud music, screens that show you where you are ranked / heart rate, dark room and the enthusiastic instructor that guided you on what you would be doing before we started. You can definitely push your self to the extreme or keep your pace steady and you will still benefit from the work out routine. Downfall would be the pricing - unfortunately for a lot of younger adults, the rates are not feasible. The four session option is approx $59.00 which would be the most realistic option for myself. I believe drop in rates are $28.00.

I've been doing Orangetheory for almost 2 years now. As a former collegiate athlete I needed a workout that is structured and challenging. Orangetheory is exactly that and the same workout is never repeated! This studio has a big family atmosphere and everyone is wonderful! I highly recommend Orangetheory and the Springfield studio!

I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness for people who are new to exercise, coming back to exercise, avid athletes, and everyone in between. They do an amazing job at incorporating both endurance and strength training, giving you a great workout every time. The coaches and front desk staff are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, making sure that your workouts are tailored to your specific goals.

OTF Springfield is absolutely amazing ! The professional and friendly atmosphere, mixed with the high energy and knowledge of the entire staff, this is the place to start your transformation. After completing my very first 60 min workout, I was exhausted and couldn’t wait to sign up for my next course. Abbie kept me motivated and determined to stay on task and Theo gave me the extra push to finish strong. Keep up the good work and we will keep returning !

Every day is a different workout. It is a very energetic group dynamic workout structured perfectly each time. You work at your own pace & You can monitor your workout on the screen. All of the other members working out are encouraging to each other! A coach is always there to guide and help you through all of the exercises. I didn't think I would enjoy it and only took the complimentary class to see what it was all about and I was hooked. I love it and am super glad to be part of OTF Springfield. Kim & Chris are wonderful people and have the BEST coaches on staff! Everyone there is welcoming & friendly!!

I've never enjoyed exercising - until now! No two classes are the same at Orangetheory, so I never get bored. The coaches are all encouraging and helpful and the employees are so nice. At the end of every class, I can tell I have worked my hardest and it feels great - it's addictive!

I've been going for about 4 months now and I have seen so much improvement in my fitness. The coaches are amazing, always making sure you are doing the workout right and pushing you to do better. The staff are always friendly, even at 5am. The workouts are always changing which is awesome. And I can even say their playlist always has music I can enjoy. I believe this gym will help me get to where I want to be.

I love the atmosphere!!! Always feel welcomed when I walk through the door. Coaches are great at motivating everyone during class. I like how the classes are structured. You don't have to figure out your own routine. Though if you need to modify the exercise the coaches are great at giving pointers in order to do so. Classes are always different so never bored with the workout. I love that I can still go at my own pace in a class environment (power walker, jogger, or runner). There are people from all kind of fitness levels that workout here so it never really feels intimidating.

Orangetheory is the best! The coaches are just hands down amazing, the manager Kim is just a gem and so understanding!!! The workout itself is hands down the most insane 60 minutes, it's fun and challenging!!!
