Gyms are supposed to have been open this Friday. I am not sure why Planet Fitness in VA is taking so long to open while in states like Ohio they're already opened. Not even getting any updates on their page. Unclear on what your plan is.

Olivia at the front desk is so rude. I knocked on the window to be let in, and she came out automatically assuming I had attitude (which I just asked why the doors were locked?). We came to the gym which states it’s open 24/5, and which she also reiterated Monday through Friday that’s their hours (and it was Friday). Also came out at 8:50 (which is not 9pm as she stated they close on Friday) and the doors were already locked. I came to get in a 10 min cardio session which would have been done by closing time and she would not let a black card member in? I’m confused at the hours posted and the conflicting 24/5 sign that she pointed at, as well as the midnight closure posted online.

It’s a fitness place not an office place. People want to go to the gym after long day of working, how comes it’s already closed when I get off my work. They should better reschedule the time either open early then close early or the other way around. I bet it’s only retirement people go there. Not worthy, you waste your $10/month on the gym you can’t even go. Other planet fitness open 24 hours, this place should hire more people to work on different time. This is how you do your business. Totally not recommend to anyone.
