This is the best planet fitness The staff is always very nice and helpful.

Very clean, lots of great workout equipment and very nice staff.

The facility is clean and plenty of equipment. The price for membership can't be beat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only issue is the same issue that I have with all gyms these days. They all play loud music over the speakers and I can't enjoy my own playlist with headphones. Their music competes with mine and it ends up just being distracting noise. I'm sure it's just me, other people don't seem to mind. Otherwise, it's a great place. Just not for me. I will be canceling membership.

This location is unkept and dirty. They recently let go the most recent manger who kept on top of cleanliness… what a mistake. I mentioned my concerns to the person at the desk who responded “we’re working on it”. If you’re working on it why are there 4 people standing behind the desk and no one cleaning???

A good place to workout, but the PF needs to add some training staff to assist people on how to use the equipment.

Absolutely the WORST experience that I have ever had at a Planet Fitness. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to actually work out. I was trying to use the 30 minute fitness room (which is supposed to be reserved for ONLY people doing the workout, but of course it isn't). Woman sitting on a machine (trying to think herself fit) refuses to move. Rather than get into a fight, I go grab a staff member so that they can explain the rules of the room to her, since she obviously couldn't read the big sign that said that it is ONLY for people doing the circuit. Staff member says she has to get the manager. WHY? You can't enforce the rules. Just baffling, but ok. Manager comes over, looks at the room that is FULL of people not using the room correctly, shrugs his shoulders and walks away. Absolutely useless and not what I pay a membership fee for. Just maddening that I have to get into a fight in order to get a workout in. Don't waste your time.

Today I went to cancel my membership because of my job I am moving to another state when I get there I talk one of shift manager there he said we cancel your membership but you will charge $39 annual membership fee . I am leaving so why I paid that amount at the sign up time the I ask the lady who was helping me to sign up she said if will cancel your membership before November you will be not charged that annual fee which today date is 10-31-2021 I went to cancel my membership but they said you will be charged for that I am so disappointed because of there service and the two guys at front was rude and don’t want to help me I am ok if I have to use the gym but I am moving and this is painful to pay that $39 for what please trained your staff to give proper guidelines at sign up time . I have been member with Gold gym when I cancel my membership they help me and didn’t charge me anything please I am writing this note for others please in this hard time (COVID-19) everyone is suffering difficulties please try to help each other thanks….. but disappointed ☹️

This place was good until they started closing 11 pm to 5 am and Friday Saturday Sunday night is closed so not good for our group anymore because almost every day we have to go between 11 pm to 4 pm so right now we are thinking to move to ANYTIME FITNESS WHICH IS OPEN 24/7/365 across the street and if they will reopen like anytime fitness we will be here because most things are Ok with us and PURE FITNESS IS OPENING AROUND FEB 25,2022 BEHIND SPRINGFIELD MALL we ARE ALL MOVING TO THEM BECAUSE ON 5 DOLLARS PER MONTH WITHOUT ANY CONTRACT NO BODY CAN BEAT PURE FITNESS and manager and other guys don’t care don’t want to listen

Fantastic facility and wonderful staff. They do a wonderful job at maintaining a clean environment to go and work out at.

I have been meaning to leave a review for this gym ever since I signed up about a month and a half ago. There are several reasons why I enjoy coming to the gym here. First of all, it's conveniently located because it's on my route to work. The gym is also still pretty new, although I'm not sure when it opened exactly. Most of their equipment is new and I spend all of my time either in the treadmills or with the nautilus style equipment. I do focus a lot of my energy on my upper body, like arms, chest, and abdominals. I love the fact that they provide literally a full rack of flat screen televisions. This give people something to look at while they run. I signed up for the Black membership because at the time I felt it had the best value. The best thing with this type of membership is that you are able to bring friends with you to the gym at no additional charge. They also have massage chairs which I will partake in one of these days. Even better is they are open 24 hours during the week. It would be cool if they extended the 24 hour availability for the weekends also, but as it stands now the do close somewhat early on Saturdays and Sundays.
