It's so sad that till today people like Emilee an employee decided to be racist. No Emilee didn't decide to be racist, she is a full blown racist that has no regard for people especially people of color.All my friends wanted to do was gym and stay fit only to be met with a racist Karen! Then she forces my friends to return to the cold freezing weather after denying them entry.Make America great again they said lol with Emilee America will never be great because not only is she denying people entry to the gym when they have the right to be there but also Planet Fitness clearly advocates for racist as management has shown no interest to attend to the matter with urgency.Emilee should be fired and the management should be to as it shows their lack of professionalism for dealing with the matter the way the did.Also they should change the name of that gym to Planet RACIST!

Brought a friend with me to this location. Dropped him off since we couldn’t find parking in the lot. We waited by the door while I was finding a spot. Emilee decided she was going to start shouting and yelling at him for no reason. He said he was waiting for me and she said to go wait outside in the cold. Now what kind of policy is this? He said he wouldn’t be doing that because it’s cold and he’s waiting for me. She decided in full Karen mode that this means she should call the police I guess because he wouldn’t listen to her asking him to leave while he waited for me to sign us in. After I arrived and spoke to the manager. (She was still screaming over his should and he couldn’t control her) we decided to leave. However, when we were leaving she decided to say “bye n word” Afterwords, she decided to cancel our membership as well. I can’t believe a racist person is allowed to behave like this and management couldn’t offer me or my friend an apology but backed her because she told him to leave. Even though I was in the parking lot. This is really unacceptable behavior from and employee and unacceptable that management did nothing about it.

Always oit of paper towel when i wanna use and tjere is a girl who works in the desk generally when i come evening she never smiles and i feel like i m asking her for a favour wheb i ask for her service

Absolutely love Planet Fitness! Great, clean facility. 24 hour gym, works within my schedule and I love that it's no contract $10/mo for general membership.

Planet Fitness is clean, affordable, convenient and the equipment is always up to date and operable! The staff is always friendly, the aqua massage is AMAZING after a rigorous workout and I love that it really does feel like a "no judgment zone." I also have to say the fact that I can bring a friend anytime I want, without any additional charge is unheard of, especially in the inflated economy we currently live in. Plant Fitness ROCKS. I recently told a family member how much I enjoy my membership and they are planning to join now too! I've had several gym memberships throughout my life and this one is by far the best!

I would like to start off with letting you now that I have just signed up for Planet Fitness 3rd and have only been there 2 days of workout. There are a lot of workout equipment for everyone one to enjoy, seams to be clean (you as customer clean up after yourself). The massaging bed is amazing! I feel like the people that work there are really nice, but doesn't give you all the information you need as a new customer. They have one person that does training (what I was told) her name is Erica, the training classes are only New Member Orientation (just walks you around and tells you about the machines and what they do) Design your Own Program (that make sure you only have one or two people come in for that training - She can't handle two adults and two children in one session) with this they go over your history of workout, talk about what you are wanting your goal, and put together a plan to help you get to your goal. I haven't been able to experience this, because only Friday's is the only day I have off that she has available (on the schedule M-F all training sessions are over by 5pm when people get off work) I am sorry if I have forgotten something they do in the design your own program (like I said I haven't been able to attend this. Just my experience for the 3 stars is based off meeting Erica and telling us that there is no way she can work with all of us at the same time. Didn't really seam that nice to us. I am sure she is a peach to others.) I am not telling people to not sign up and workout. It would be nice if Planet Fitness would hire more people that does Erica's job so she won't feel overwhelmed with people that would like to have that service and get the most out of their time at the gym. If things change I will no problem getting on here and changing my review.

A great place to workout. The staff is friendly and helpful and I'd recommend Planet Fitness to anyone.

I have been going for... 6 months? And the staff is always pleasant when I interact with them. Everybody does a good job of wiping down equipment and the locker room is always clean as well.
