I enjoyed my training sessions with Erica she was always in tune with my needs and pushed me but not too hard as I have a bad shoulder but she was always looking out for it so I would not over do it. I had a Great experience and learned a lot from her and I will continue to use those excercise routines in my future work outs.

Erica was absolutely the best and amazing trainer that was always there for you and care about you and how she wanted to do her best to meet your goals in health and your ability to become stronger. If you want the quick version,Erika is an impressive Trainer. If you have a goal and do as she instructs. You will not regret working with her. She knows what she is talking about.For the long version,I never thought I needed a trainer. I have always been a do it yourself person. But, one day, I injured my arm at work. So, I went to physical therapy, and I found a personal trainer, Erika. My Therapist was constantly telling me how I was recovering faster than others he has seen with my type of injury.Erika was extremely patient with me. She could tell I was scared, frustrated and negative I was when I would use my arm. So she took small steps to help achieve my overall goals to get my confidence back in my body.Even after I finished working with the physical therapist, I kept working with Erika. And thankfully, she has kept working with me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and shares with me how to; not only get stronger, but, better mobility and flexibility. I have not felt this good in years!I am please to report i can now do 2 full pushups! AND hold a plank wich seemed impossible to me 6 months ago.I am so greatfule to her for her time and knowledge, which I know she has earned not only through studying, but through personal experience. And she has helped not onky my arm but my body as a unit. I can see how my body is changing in a very postive way.So, if you're looking for someone who will uplift you and be just as excited about you reaching your goals as you are...(if not more;)... You will not regret working with this amazing Trainer.

Great quality personal training. Trainer Erica made gym time fun and tapered things to my individual needs. She was knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and made the experience fun and beneficial, I have new exercises that I can do at either the gym or home and left feeling successful and like I have the beginnings to renewed fitness. Erica made working out fun and comfortable. The gym is always clean and welcoming and has state of the art equipment.

Her dedication to her work and the well being of her clients makes her to be the best personal trainer, she know the body’s of her clients up, she listens to people wants and needs, and is there to make sure they achieve their goals by guiding them and pushing them and overall being a great support system.

To be honest, when I first saw Erica, I thought that this young skinny girl was not going to be a good fit for me. After my first session with her, I was impressed. She pushed me without overdoing it. She had me working on things I didn't know needed help. After my sessions with her, I felt stronger and more capable. I would definitely recommend her as a personal trainer!!

As a senior, I went to Erika to have her help me tone up my body and get stronger. Some of what she did was like physical therapy for me. I always looked forward to our training sessions and she understood how to adjust my exercises when I had pain in my knees or shoulder. I always felt better after I had my sessions with her and whatever exercises she wanted me to do, I pushed to do more with her.
