Ed is awesome! He's knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would recommend him over generic trainers at your local gym. If you're looking to build muscle or just to lose weight he's your guy.

Ed From Rec-it Ftiness is amazing he has this app that he sets meal plans, and different workouts Videos that I can do at home, and we can keep track of where I'm at together. its been super easy to work with Ed, he knows his stuff and completely understands if I might slip up or not workout but he keeps me accountable and thats what I need. highly recommend Ed at Rec-it Fitness
