I bought a new intense bow made by bear archery and they won't help me with my bow string. Looks like I had a defective bow string.Really bad services with this place. I'll take my business elsewhere because this guy claims he's head of the archery department and has a really bad attitude towards me, the customer.Sad I bought two bows from this place, and my kids buys all their shoes from here since they've opened here in St. Joseph Mo.
