I want 1 worker to noticed wich I'm sure she already has but (Patsie) is the nicest 1 in the building she is always the most helpful and she's always working the hardest I go there every day for over a month now and see it yall better keep her she's doing everything perfectly along with her attitude always that's saying a whole lot in this town workers like that are rare you better give that women a raise 4 sure and keep her that's your backbone

They finally replaced the water filter(I started in Oct 2022, and it just got done not too long ago) so now it's 5 stars. Amazing and attentive staff that anticipate your needs and are super friendly! Great place to become a better version of yourself!!

You are never pressured to do anything. The staff are super nice. It is hardly ever busy. They have a machine to target any part you want to get into shape. You will not be disappointed.

It's a gym, usually not super packed. I love going here better than any gym I've been to in the area. More spacious and staff are generally more friendly. Fairly clean too, but again it's a gym.
