Mega Gymnastics

Terrible customer service for booking parties. Never got a phone call from the party planner after going in for a visit. Lost the day I wanted because I wasn’t told I needed to make a deposit to secure the spot. Owner called and gave an unconvincing apology but no offers to help find a solution.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My daughter really enjoyed going to classes here and we were going to return in the fall until the last conversation I had with them.The workers are not well trained and never on the same page with the rules.They seem to forget to tell you all the necessary information so you end up being charged for something that you shouldn't or lose credits you should have had.This was a special thing I worked hard to pay for monthly and after talking to multiple people about credits and ending for the summer I still lost 2 credits due to lack of communication.I was scheduled for a make-up credit on the 4th when they knew I was no longer enrolled then on the day we were going to have class on the 9th was called and told I could no longer use credits that I had paid for because I needed to be enrolled again.That makes no sense when they were make-up credits that weren't expired.So we will not be going back.I don't like businesses that try and take advantage of people.

Cashlee is loving cheering at Mega. They are very family oriented. She has learned so much!!! The coaches are so helpful! Always make time for her, and push her to learn new skills and be a good person.

We are new to town and in a town of mostly disappointment this place has been great. Apart from a few issues that are so small they arent worth even mentioning, small communication things, the staff is very friendly. We have a baby and an 8 year old taking classes and its been worth it.

My little girl loves Mega. This is her second year. She started with preschool and now kindergarten. All through summer she would ask when school was going to start, she just loves it. She also does gymnastics. She has learned so much in her time there. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing and really flexible with us. Great staff and great leadership. We couldn't ask for better! My girls are thriving not just in skill but their overall personalities are just growing so much. I love the leadership lessons they learn here. ❤️

Our girls have been going to Mega for about 5 years, we have 1 in Competitive cheer and 1 in competitive gymnastics! We get the best of both worlds and love every minute of it. My girls have learned so much since day 1! We wouldn't choose any other gym in the area!

My daughter has been going to Mega since she turned 2. The tiny tots class gave her such a strong foundation in trusting herself, and this past week it paid off when she was finally able to Ring The Bell in her mini tumbling class!! Thank you so much MEGA!
