Love the community at this gym and the staff are all wonderful! If you need/want training- they have the best in all of St. Joseph and probably northwest Missouri! Equipment is good and lots of machines available to work on. They also have free weights and barbells. Been here for a year and have seen myself getting stronger!

The facilities were maintained and very clean. I appreciate the hospitality of the workers, they make you feel comfortable and welcomed when you walk in. The gentlemen who greeted me at the door really guided me in the gym, and gave me great advice on my workout. Turned out he was the owner, 10/10 would visit again!

I visited St. Joseph for spring break looking for a place to get a good workout in. PR Fitness had everything I needed to not skip a beat. The staff offered support when needed, making me feel very welcomed. The members were very friendly, as well. I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for a respectful atmosphere and a location where they can focus without distractions. They will be seeing me again on my next visit!

Best Gym in MO I've been to, excellent equipment with very clean and organized facilities. From the staff, to the owner, very great people to be around & to not only help you reach your goals but set a stellar environment as well. I highly recommend and can't wait for my next session there!
