I have three children who have been attending classes at All American Gymnastics and Super Ninja for a year and a half now. We have always had an exceptionally positive experience with the coaches here. With my kids aging up and switching levels, we have worked with many different coaches. My children have all loved their coaches for being supportive, fun, and helping them improve their skills. I have seen my two daughters evolve from starting as complete rookies to being able to try out and make the competitive gymnastics team. My son who takes Super Ninja classes looks forward to his next Ninja night all week. The gym itself is clean, modern, and offers a nice capacity. Class flexibility is excellent for families with multiple children so that siblings can generally attend class all at the same time. Plenty of parking is available and getting in and out is never a hassle. The primary areas where I feel the gym has some room to improve are with overall communication and front desk customer service. That being said, I feel that customer service in most places these days leaves much to be desired. However, it is definitely more frustrating when a service such as this comes with a hefty price tag, compared to so many other sports kids can participate in. While it's certainly not all staff, AAG could drastically improve family loyalty and retention at their gym by training some of those who are the "face" of the organization to be a little friendlier and also less apathetic towards customer frustrations. I worked in Customer Service for many years, so while I have high expectations, I also know that valuing and listening to your customers is essential to keep people coming back.Overall, for our family, however, the combination of AAG having top notch coaches who have been excellent role models for my kids, in addition to having a clean modern gym, and getting to see my kids improve their skills and simultaneously their confidence is why we choose to stay and not bounce around to other gyms. I feel quite comfortable in recommending AAG to other families.

My kids love All American! We have hosted and attended birthday parties there! My kids attend weekly Ninja classes! In addition my kids love attending activity nights, nerf nights and summer camps! The staff always does a great job of helping the kids learn new skills and makes sure they feel supported and successful along the way! I am so grateful we have All American!!!

My daughter is on team at AAG, we came from a gym that closed during Covid and were never more welcomed in a facility than we were by the owner, Sue. She and the rest of the staff made us feel extremely welcome, and a part of their family as their team has already been developed for some time. they took us in with open arms and gave us a couple of weeks of a free trial in their team program to be sure it was something that we wanted to commit to. My daughter plans to graduate as a senior athlete from all American, gymnastics and at the age of 10 almost 11am is counting down the days until she can work at the gym and pursue her goals to be a great coach, like the ones who have coached her!

Racism is alive and well in 2023 and unfortunately it came to my front door.On Sunday, March 13th Laila completed her final gymnastics meet of the season. One in which she received 2nd place-Overall Gymnastics among her team as well as the other competing teams. Following, this meet her Level 1 Junior Olympics team coach Maggie thought it was appropriate to write Laila a congratulatory notes calling her Miss Bojangles!!. To say we were appauled, outraged, and shocked would be an understatement. What hurts the most is that in speaking to Laila and educating our 8 year old on the history of Bojangles, racism, and many other topics Laila expressed feelings of hurt, and extreme sadness. How do you explain to a child at 8, that everyone that says they like you and are a proud of you unfortunately aren't. Thankfully, I am a Mental Health Counselor and know how to treat Trauma. On Tuesday, March 15th I promptly emailed @All American Gymnastics and Super Ninja St.Louis owner Susan (Sue Renshaw) and below is her response. As you read it it says nicknames are given for team building purposes. Also, noted if Laila was hurt we apologize. No sincerity, nor accountability. It is absolutely apparent that Sue's lawyer wrote this document for her.Sue references how she was so looking forward to Laila continuing with them. I can name 3 reasons she was. 1. Laila always brings home individual scores of 35 or higher, 2. She is an awesome gymnast, and 3. We pay our financial obligations and show up and show out everytime.Sue's self/business accountability looked like releasing us from the remaining 2 months of financial obligations and not allowing Coach Maggie Coffey the opportunity to explain her choice of nickname. Also, Maggie has never referred to Laila as this name in front of myself or any other family members. No accountability or acknowledgment of the hurtful and absolutely insensitive! An 8 year old child has lost all interest in gymnastics and going to the Olympics because of this! She is forever changed and it is absolutely unfairPlease share this post and help us hold All American Gymnastics and Super Ninja accountable!!!#IStandWithLaila

Our daughter had a BLAST at the Spring break "Fun Day" events she attended. So much so that she did NOT want to leave when it was time to go!!Our daughter has a very rare genetic disorder that effects speech and mobility adversely. So, when my Husband and I need to look for schools, camps, etc., our level of scrutiny is extremely high due to our daughter's complex care needs. In addition to our daughter's care, diversity is also a huge component for us! I was very impressed to see that AAG supports that vision! Our experience from concept to completion has been great! From emailing with Megan, reception upon entering, Coach Mike, and all of the other coaches that were pleasant and helpful!
