I am so glad I was referred to The Fitness Police. Alisa, my yoga instructor is an amazing instructor and lovely person. I love the environment. Such a clean, welcoming place to go. The owner, Spencer is so welcoming and truly a great person. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and friendly faces!

Mack has been great to work with, and has helped me surpass the fitness goals I’ve set for myself over the past few months. He continues to motivate and challenge me while keeping the workouts fun.
