While 30 minutes might not seem like a long workout, I like that you're moving from round to round with almost no time to rest so you're keeping up your heart rate the whole time. I LOVE hitting the bag so for me, I typically have 4 workouts a week I can give those bags everything I have to give.

I signed up to this place because I hate lifting weights but still wanted to have a great workout to tone those muscles. The workouts are awesome. It's different every single day so you don't get bored.Dave is super kind and gives you great advice on how to do each workout properly with good form.Get after it!
