Updated:When I posted what I did below, I did it believing it was to a different location(Largo). I've never been to the 4th street location but the owner did respond in a very professional and courteous way. Apologiesgreat workout. My issues are with the way They run their business from a customer service standpoint. Seems to me that they are more interested in selling you everything you could need to work out that has their name on it . They will not let you work out with anything that doesn't have their name on it, like gloves or wraps. They make you sign a contract it is not cheap. You can get just as good of a workout many other ways without paying them so much every month in a long term contract. Every time you try to talk to them about any of these issues all you get back from them is "its corporate policy". Definitely weigh all your options before signing a long term contract, do what's best for you not their bottom line.

I love 9Round! You get an intense workout for your entire body in just 30 minutes. No time schedule to meet - workouts start every 3 minutes. You can come anytime. There is always a trainer available to customize your workout and motivate you to keep going. I would highly recommend!

I love that’s it’s only 30 minutes- half way through I always wanna give up, but then there’s only 4 stations left and I push through. It’s great for asthmatics. I have a really hard time doing an hour of high intensity, but this works perfectly for me. I really like the staff at my gym. They always greet you using your name and when saying bye, you get a high five and a “great job”. They show you at each station what to do and correct you if you’re doing it wrong. They always cheer your on. I highly recommend this workout and this place!

I was getting tired of the same old workouts on the treadmill then lifting, so I decided to give this gym a shot after a friend wore by the boxing workout. This gym has been kicking my butt and I love it! There's 9 stations of High Intensity Interval Training that include leg exercises, core, and punching/kicking bags. I'm drenched in sweat by the 4th station and always leave worn out. The best thing is that there are no class times, so you can show up whenever you want and the trainers are always helpful.

I hated working out before I came here. I’ve tried yoga for a bit and some intense at home workouts but this is so much better because I feel like you’re constantly moving and not doing the same thing every time or for any length of time. I have a stressful job that’s demanding of my time so this is the perfect thing for me. I get the BEST workout in just 30 minutes. The staff is amazing. They encourage you and teach how how to do it correctly without embarrassing you. I never feel self conscious, even when there are much more experienced people in there. I’m not very good but I have a great time and it’s an effective workout. I always feel better when I leave. I came because I saw one of my friends results and she looks AMAZING. The price is reasonable considering it’s unlimited and you can come anytime they are open. They are opening one closer to my apartment but I love the people here so much that I would never switch!

I love 9 round so much its the best part of my work week! I never know exactly what time I will get out of work so no class times and a new round starting every 3 minutes is super convenient. I've been a member since August and have definitely seen results! I feel so much stronger and confident. The workouts are always different and challenging so you never get bored and all the trainers there are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Joined about six weeks ago based on recommendation from my wife and so far it is the best gym experience I've ever tried. The key for me is the flexible schedule (jump in on any 3 min interval) and 30 minutes to finish a complete (and very intense) workout. The element that really takes it to the top of my list though is the trainer, Rick. He brings exactly the right balance of guidance, motivation, and encouragement to keep you fully engaged for 30 minutes without being overbearing.
