With a challenging bike tour from Lookout Mountain, TN to Tallahassee, FL on the horizon, I was concerned with a pain in my right hip, one I usually experienced after around 30 miles on my bike. I'd seen Zoe previously and with 3 treatments she'd totally eliminated the numbness in my hands and fingers I'd experienced while bike riding. This time, once again, Zoe took careful measurements and went to work. I felt better immediately but knew the test would come on the bike. The next week, I rode 35 miles, no pain! Then the true test, 8 consecutive days of riding, 50 miles per day, and LOTS of hills. I finished the tour yesterday, pain-free. I am so impressed, not only with Zoe's treatments, but also with the exercises she gave me to do at home.
