Everyone in the class had good energy and seemed excited to learn . I’m more on the plus size if this helps anyone who doesn’t know if they could go , it was out of my comfort zone but I when I remembered everyone was learning too it made the class go by a little bit smoother.

I had the best experience for my first class! I attended Ambrel’s class for beginners. She’s a wonderful instructor and made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. It was also nothing but good vibes! I can’t wait to go back and attend more classes.

Went to the beginners/intro pole class and really enjoyed it! A perfect amount of challenge for a newbie and it’s fun to combine what you learned in the class into a routine at the end.
