Intice Dance Fitness Pole Dance Fitness & Boutique

Intice is a gorgeous studio- there's even a well stocked shopping boutique in the lobby! The instruction here is quality. Olga's choreography is beautiful to move through and will make you feel like a goddess. Jeannie's classes are fun and a great challenge at any skill level. I came for a trial last week and now I find myself working Intice into my regular training schedule.

This is my favorite place. It's just absolutely amazing. The owners are very friendly and the environment is extremely comforting. I'm slowly learning dance, but mostly doing core work aerobics on the pole and different styles of Yoga. Great private atmosphere, which includes a serene environment with music, scents and lighting. I love the yoga instructors and the dance instructors. Not your average fitness place.

Beautiful pole dance and yoga studio. It was the first time I’ve ever been to a pole-dancing class & the instructors made me feel very welcomed! it was nice that one of the instructors called me to tell me what to wear and what to expect, considering it was my first time. I was to find and lots of parking, right off the highway. They have great package deals and lots of class options for every level dancer.

This studio is so awesome! Such a friendly welcoming crew! I knew I was in the right place before I walked in. Zoe’s Twerk Out class was so much fun and had me learning different muscle isolations that were not yet in my practice (even as a yogi). I’m looking forward to pole classes the coming week. Cant wait to come again and again! 😉

I had so much fun! INTICE is1. so cute to walk into2. Such a charged and excited atmosphere3. My teacher was incredibly welcoming. Other students were having a good time so I started having more fun and by the end I felt so accomplished with how hard I worked even though I didn't realize due to having such a wonderful time! (Plus the class package is quite nice)

Intice Dance Fitness is awesome! I was able to go there when I was in St Petersburg, FL last year. Morgan is an outstanding instructor and I wish I could have taken more classes with her! Very welcoming environment and friendly people! I highly recommend it!

This was my first time doing pole fitness and I can’t say enough about wonderful the experience was. The studio feels like a mixture of classical victorian with a touch of Alice in wonderland. Danielle was so in tune with me and made me comfortable instantly. Highly recommend as your go to fitness routine. You won’t be disappointed.

Took my first pole fitness class and was pleasantly surprised how much I sweat! Danielle was so much fun and made me comfortable. I walked out feeling my arms and legs trembling. Worked out muscles I didn't know even still worked pushing 40 lol.... the ambiance is elegant and classy, very welcoming and comfy. Love the "living room seating" Stayed after class to check out the all levels pole class and looked like a lot of fun too. Will definitely be returning to try out more. Cant wait to meet the other instructors if they are anything like Danielle

This place is so fun! Not only is it a good workout but I always leave feeling good about myself. The instructors take the time to teach the little steps that lead up to the bigger moves and everyone is always so supportive of eachother in class! The price is reasonable and easy to get to even from tampa which is awesome for me. I would recommend any of the beginner pole classes or Danielle's choreography class for anyone just starting!

I'm so happy this place has opened. I've been working with Danielle, a dance instructor, who has been slowly helping me build my core and learn dance movements on my level of ability. I can already see I'm getting stronger. I love the beautiful environment, and private club like atmosphere. The yoga instructors are also very good. I like the deep stretching and the relaxing mind set you get when you leave. I highly recommend to everyone. Danielle, Ambrel, and Adam are really nice people to be around . The atmosphere will suite anyone who just wants to be themselves, learn, relax and have fun.
