I heard the classes are good. And I almost made it to go there twice. They seem to be booked up pretty often. So one class I booked in advance at 9am. I work nights so I could not get up so early. Simply overestimated myself. After that a few Tuesday in a raw I was getting calls at 9am from their office. “Hello... this is Jessica... blablabla”Who I said once that I appreciate the time and effort but please don’t call me anymore.Soo... a few months later I got over that someone is waking me up in the morning. And I booked a class again. This time at noon.I went to sleep around 6am so I could make it this time. And guess what happened next?9am I am getting another call from orange theory. Whyyyyty?!So they woke me up and ruined my morning and any desire to work out with them.I can not or can recommend the classes. But the customer service could be less annoying or making later calls.Everyone has a different lifestyle.

Has gone down in hill in last several months. Much more nonchalant and less than professional attitudes. Late start times have occurred because staff chatting amongst selves… we’re outside waiting…(COVID eta) Been with OT in 3 different branches (FL & NC) for over 4 years. St. Pete branch employees at desk seem most interested in social time amongst selves. Today was bashing the British, tho the fellow at the counter probably won’t see it that way. Very out of line and inappropriate. Music has gotten excessively loud I have turned to ear plugs. Have made concerns about excessive loud music known in polite way… doesn’t seem to make impact. Each coach decides on decibel level I guess. I’ve tried to make issues known to some sort of manager or owner and can’t find an avenue for that. So here it is. Today I dont have emotional energy to “put up “ with very loud music so I left. Storm in Gulf is brewing. I go to work out and am not interested in socializing or hearing how people in other countries “don’t do it right.” Would be glad to talk to some who cares to listen …. Who has a real interest in wanting to know or care within the biz. 7/3/21 10:55 am Will continue to be a member. Won’t be back at 4th street

This is the best workout; in late 2020 I need to get out of house and lose some of the covid weight. I not only lost 15lbs but, ive learned to eat much better. Highly recommend taking either Coach Mia or Michael they are my two favorite. Front desk staff is always nice and helpful!

I have been a member for around 5 years. I have never been late to a class. The customer service is non existent. I was ONE minute late and the studio manager, Courtney, told me I couldn't work out. I was outside of the gym on a work call. I have seen people come into the gym half way through class. Coaches, people who work at the studio, etc. Courtney wanted to make an exampleof me by not allowing me to work out and use her "studio manager flex" and condescending tone -- I will never be back or support a gym that turns people (especially now when they are not doing well as a company bc of covid) away for whatever excuses or power trips they are on.

Great community for working out. The staff and coaches get to know you and how to push you appropriately during workouts. The classes are challenging and the workouts are always changing. Lots of love to my OTF family

I’ve been a member of OTF St. Pete since March and it has been incredible. Every member of the staff is so sweet and helpful. From the associates up front welcoming you with energy and a smile, to the coaches answering questions and pushing you when you need it. I am so thankful i joined this gym and would tell anyone else to give it a try and see what it does for you!

I am a new member (a little over a month) and I really like it. Michael is a great coach he’s very helpful and has great music. I am over 50 years old and have not been in a gym in 30 years. Michael always corrects my form, because I do not know any of the exercises! I am stronger every week, and have lost all of my Covid weight. The workouts are very very hard, but in the end are worth it.

Great customer service and fun workouts! The coaches are great during every workout. They are very motivating and really try to get to know each person. The facility is also super clean!

I’ve been rocking with Orange Theory for 3 years now. The coaches and staff are great. Front desk staff always hitting you with some positivity when you walk through the door. Coaches pushing you to do more as they learn what you’re capable of. And if you’re like me, it’s a great workout, if you don’t feel like thinking too much!
