My husband and I have been looking for a workout we can do together and a friend recommended this place to us. We had a blast! Not only was our trainer Courtney super encouraging and highly motivating, but from our sign up with Kelsey to the moment we left, we both felt like we’ve found exactly what we were looking for. I owned my own studio where we lived before, so to have such professionalism Care and Genuine concern from everyone thus far, I felt we both found exactly what we were looking for. Being new to St Pete, Kelsey and Courtney definitely made us feel as Home.Grant & Rachel Millar

Absolutely love OTF on 4th street! I decided to check them out after my boyfriend suggested it, I was burnt out from the typical gym routine. Jen was super friendly and explained everything in detail to me about the program and helped me get signed up for my first class. Coach Lindsay was awesome helping me get accustomed to the routine of the class and checked on me periodically. I have been a member for six months now and can't believe I didn't start sooner. Always look forward to the days that I come to workout!

I used to belong to a regular gym and found myself bored to tears so I decided to try out Orange Theory. 3 words: Best decision ever ! I've been going almost a year now- I started out in Largo, recently moved, and am now at OTF on 4th street. I love, love, love the structure, the workouts, the amazing coaches, and all it has to offer. The one-hour in and out and constant challenge to push harder keeps me inspired and motivated. I think I am most likely a lifer. It's an addiction that I just always look forward to. Thanks to the best Coaches ever- Michael, Kyle, Melanie, and Nick.

We absolutely loved the workout! My wife and I are in our late 20's, and have always been very active and pretty fit. We noticed recently it was becoming harder to get motivated and keep a steady routine. OTF was the perfect solution. We KILLED it during the first workout and both burned nearly 1000 calories. The coach (Lindsey) was fantastic and highly motivating, energetic and very professional and knowledgeable. We love the fast pace of the workout and the fact your in and out in under 1hr. It's a work-at-your-own-pace workout, but the tone of the class makes you want to push it! It's really challenging and fun! We can wait for our next class!

The interval training is an intagral part of any fitness regiment. Orangetheory, you have come up with a great program that includes the intensity needed for a results driven healthy lifestyle. Looking forward to seeing my progress and helping others do the same. So glad I gave it a try. Hooked for sure.

I like the constant coaching, the different training per session, the heart rate monitor/performance tracker. They all push me to have some of the best workouts I would never complete if I worked out alone.

Enjoy the high energy music, Fabulous coaches who care enough to call you personally when you go missing from class (had an injury and missed several weeks). Especially like the fact that I get individual attention in the weight room, a coach might show me a safer way to lift or hand me a heavier weight. They switch things up often which keeps things fun! Joining the weight loss challenge and communicating with other OTF members and coaches really helped me reach more of my personal goals. Friendly staff, smiling faces, many opportunities to give back to charities, the 4th Street St. Pete OTF location is my favorite place to sweat!

The workout always varies, I don't have to think about it I just go and do what they tell me, which works for my hectic life where I have to make decisions all day! The trainers are great and the desk staff is always warm and welcoming. They give a discount for my company which helps with cost. I love my OTF studio!

This is the first time I have stepped into a "gym" in over 7 years. I have never been a group fitness type of person and was actually quite apprehensive about the idea. After just one session, I am completely hooked. The instructor (Michael) was amazing and helped all of the newbies out and was able to conduct the session in tandem. I received words of encouragement from Mary at the front who all but held my hand the entire way. The two of them in conjunction with a close friend of mine were instrumental in my decision to buy a "membership". I think this is just what I need to get myself back into the shape I need to be in and prefer. Looking forward to my next session in the morning.!!

This review is based on a first time customer. I will update as I use my membership.I could see how this wouldn't be for every type of person, personality wise. I, for one, loved it. They give you a band to try the first class- which is a free class- and they explain everything pretty well. It feels like a game, where you push your body to stay in the orange zone between 12 and 20 minutes. The music is loud, the lights are neon, and the classes are packed. It's busy. For me, that's great, it keeps me going when I want to be lazy and give up. It's got a group class feel but everyone's too busy to notice anyone else. You feel camaraderie but without the self-judgement.The skill level is for anyone. The class is typically broken into two parts. The first half is on treadmills, rowers, or ellipticals. You can be a power walker, jogger, or runner. The point is to keep going and get your heart rate up so its ok if you aren't Very fast or if you have injuries that prevent jogging. The second half is total body strength training circuits. It's rounds of different exercises that target different areas. The only con is cost. It's expensive. The drop in price is about 25$. The 8 class package is 99$ and the 12 class (3/week) is 159$. You also have to buy a proprietary heart rate monitor if you ever want to see your name on the screen. It's 99$ for a wrist one that blinks the color of your zone or 69$ for a chest strap. That's pricey compared to other gyms. The only reason I'm sticking to it is that I KNOW it will make me show up and kick my own butt- something I have failed at doing for myself with my own plans with basic gym memberships.
