The owner Matt, is super friendly and accommodating and is always working on improving the gym via renovations and equipment. The gym atmosphere is always filled with good music and good vibes. Matt and the trainers are all extremely experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to all things fitness. 10/10 recommend going here.

If the owners deem you obnoxious, if you talk too loudly you get kicked out. There's an uncomfortable feeling as you try to navigate without upsetting owners. Walking on eggshells.

I've been to alot of gyms and this is one of the best gyms in the Tampa Bay area. They have everything you need and more. The owner Matt is cool as hell and always around the gym ,that's how you know he's a good owner making sure his business is run properly and making sure all equipment is functioning. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real gym!

Coming to this gym from a commercial gym was an absolutely incredible experience. Beginning with the owner and his family; the energy is wonderful, the owner is helpful, happy, and flat out one of the nicest guys around. The environment feels crisp and homey, like working out at a home gym but with any equipment one can ask for. From good staff, clean and never before seen equipment, to just a safe be yourself environment this place has it all. Thank you very much.

Not sure what “video” the owner is talking about on other comments but from my personal experience this gym was just not it. Felt very judgmental and everyone was watching over my shoulder at my every move. AND there is graffiti on the walls🫣 …

Best gym you could ever find and the only one with all if the equipment! Most gyms are short on leg equipment but this gym has it All!I feel right at home every time I go the owners rely treat you like family. They never meet a stranger. Highly recommend

Amazing gym if you’re serious about getting better. The equipment is respected by members, and members respect other members. And if you ever have an issue with anything, the owners are receptive and thoughtful. They go out of their way to remember you too! I pass two other big box gyms on my drive to get here, it’s just worth it.

Great gym, amazing employees and owners. They had an issue with influencers filming people and antagonizing and harassing people but the owners took care of the issue promptly. We can now work out in peace without kids with cameras walking around filming us. Great community for the real members that actually use the gym for positive self improvement. Highly recommended.

This is the gym I’ve been searching for my whole life. It’s perfect. It’s a gym with real fitness enthusiasts and professionals standing by to help with every type of training equipment one could ask for. You can’t be in the place for long without feeling motivated to get after it. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Matt, the owner, is super kind. The staff are friendly and available for any questions you may have. And my trainer Krystal is AMAZING.I was nervous about signing up for a membership because I’m nearing 40 and have been out of the gym for years. I could not have looked less like someone who works out on day 1. Still everyone was very supportive and now my morning workouts are my favorite part of my day. Without a doubt the staff at PAF as well as the facility itself are an integral part of why the experience has been so great.
