Every commercial gym I've been to has had nothing but cheap equipment that breaks and the franchisees just leave it broken for months. Pack Animal Fitness has high quality equipment and if it breaks you don't wait that long like commercial gyms for it to be fixed. I know both of the owners and they are honest and good people. People that go to Pack Animal Fitness are there to workout and not be douchebags like the commercial gym. Support your local businesses. Best private gym around simple you can feel at home no one bothers you. Everyone is friendly, you can literally do anything you need when in prep you have a posing room all the weights and cardio equipment you have all the ifbb pros and local celebrities what else you want

Wonderful gym! There is an abundant amount of equipment and plenty of space to help anyone achieve their fitness goals. Staff, members and management are extremely friendly and I have felt nothing but welcome since the first time I walked through the door. I would recommend Pack Animal to anyone who is looking for an incredible 24 hour gym in St. Pete!

Beat gym anywhere! Nothing generic or small about this gym. They have everything! It’s huge. The owners are super friendly and always strive to make you have a pleasant experience. You will pay a little more than those boring gyms, what you will get a lot out of it. I’m a member for life!!

Kind of a gritty gym. I like that. Has some the best older equipment you can't find in other gyms and it's an up to date gym. The ownership have always been great to us. We try and visit when we are there

I've worked out at gyms for 25 years. This is by far the best gym. Matt and his wife are great owners. The gym equipment is top notch. This is no Planet Fitness. This is a gym you go to workout and lift weights. Everyone around you is friendly and nice but there there for a purpose. If your looking for that mom and pops owned gym (there aren't many left), where you can go train and lift some iron and be inspired by those around you. This is your gym!!

Been a member since 2019 and to be there throughout the development is insane. Here’s my advice if you’re thinking about joining…if you want to be around great people who know how to work out, be at a gym that has specialized equipment that I’ve never seen anywhere else(been a member of equinox in NYC and cali), be around people who are stronger and bigger than you but will show you how they got there without being arrogant or standoffish and will give you tips…if all these things make you uncomfortable than don’t join. You’re better off at planet fitness.This is a no non sense gym that’s worth the cost. Every few weeks there’s a new piece of equipment that randomly shows up. The owner also builds a person relationship with each member and his wife is extremely sweet! To make things better the gym is dog friendly. You can bring your dog in to hang out while you work out! Good luck bringing your dog to LA fitness or planet fitness!

Seriously the best gym environment. Everyone working out here is supportive and friendly and will gladly give you tips and new variations to try. The owner is the most genuine great guy and would never let anything inappropriate occur. The equipment is great and improvements continually appear. 1000/10 recommend pack animal fitness whether you are advanced or a beginner.
