Awesome experience! Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. One on one sessions have been wonderful-great workouts! The staff has been very careful to not aggravate an old injury while getting me stronger which has drastically helped decrease pain for me.Looking forward to group classes which are smaller groups so you are not lost in a crowd. I highly recommend Pilates Powerhouse & Rehab!

It is one of the best Studios you can find in St Pete. The Instructors are not only very knowledgable but kind, enthusiast; the environment is very friendly and its owner is an amazing person as well as intelligent and a great professional!

I had been practicing Pilates for 3 yrs prior to coming to this studio. My body changed in 3 months! I didn't realize what a difference the Stott Method makes. All of Chris' instructors are excellent at what they do. I'm 53, and my body has never felt or looked better! Thank you Pilates Powerhouse.

Was visiting the area from out of town and decided to pop in for a small group class. The studio was very clean, well kept and the class was excellent- tough but good! (I believe the instructors name was Hope?) Would recommend!

The studio and Chris are amazing! They're super attentive to each individual's needs and goals, and they will work with you to help you achieve those goals whether it's a personal or group session/class. I highly recommend this studio!

Chris @ Pilates Powerhouse is amazing! Her pilates knowledge and her ability to apply the correct exercises to your own unique situation are invaluable. I have learned a ton and my body is better for it!

Powerhouse Pilates is a wonderful studio full of amazing equipment and trained and talented instructors. Chris Cantrell helps in very specific ways to train and equalize my muscle function so that my scoliosis does not put me in pain. And she has helped other friends who have had knee surgeries so that they could be back on the tennis court. Fantastic atmosphere and attention to detail. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to work out there.

I absolutely love Pilates powerhouse. The instructors are all so good and the classes are wonderful. I’m so happy that my friend told me about them. I really like the unlimited program and having so many class time options.
