Tried this place out, would love to go here on the daily but ita too far. Would recommend this gym to locals.

I love this location. Tons of equipment, nice multi level layout with room to spread out. Excellent staff. Very friendly place overall.

Good gym. Basically all the equipment you could ever need. Alll walks of life making it feel comfortable to work out. Any type of person: young, old, in shape, out of shape... would fit in here.

I had to turn off auto-pay because of financial hardships during this epidemic and I figured that they wouldn't be charging because they are closed down anyways. They sent their billing company after me, calling, texting and emailing. I mean come on, the whole city is shut down and people are burning through their savings and I have to deal with an aggressive billing company chasing down money for a service that is shut down! When all this is over I will not be returning to this gym.

I love this gym!! It's my second home for the last 9 years!!Owners and Management are very friendly and it's a joy to come to work and workout.

Don’t go there if you want to row. Called in advance and was told they had several Concept 2 rowers. Asked if they were in good shape and was told they were. Got there to find that 2 of the 3 didn’t even have a monitor. The third one did have a monitor, but it was being used and I wasn’t able to try it.

To be honest it’s the best gym when it comes to hours and equipment. No other compares in St. Petersburg. But..... unfortunately the reviews are very true about poor customer service. They are very very rude when you ask about membership fees and cancelation. I was charged twice in a matter of 10 days and was given a short “we don’t care explanation.” I feel very uncomfortable going into the gym due to covid and there were no precautions taken to prevent the spread of the virus as well as no information sent to members about preventive measures. Customer service is rude, very poor and needs to be restructured. I highly recommend going to another gym. I took a risk knowing the reviews of customer service reviews were bad and unfortunately this is a common theme for this gym. Times are tough for people and they are taking advantage of people’s memberships due to their own revenue loss. I HIGHLY recommend another gym unless you want to deal with multiple charges in the same month and fighting off covid 19. I hope this helps please be aware.

Amazing gym! I have worked out my entire life and this is definitely my favorite gym around. Old Golds gym so very open concept, plenty of machines, cardio, and weights so your never waiting. Very friendly staff. Good overall vibes! Plus great location, right across the street from a Publix for easy errand run after.
