Spiritual healer vibes!! Very knowledgeable and instructional. Learned some acupressure techniques, LOVED the restorative class. I can’t afford an unlimited membership or commit to anything right now but I am so thankful and would value the experience at $160+ which is about what I pay my therapist weekly. If I owned a studio I’d sit outside mental health clinics selling memberships!! Most people would agree I benefit more from the yoga practice than anything else I’ve tried to manage my anxiety and depression naturally. A studio like this makes all the difference. There’s a reason the community fills the class. You’re not just improving range of motion or fitness goals like all the transplants seem to crave, but also improving your mental health. Pharmaceuticals don’t work for everyone. We make up 3% of the worlds population 70% of the pharmaceuticals, so don’t let anyone sell you pills. Try this first! It’s available for less than $6/class on classpass and I was never into yoga because I noticed most yogis are disingenuous for all the peace and love they claim to spread but not here and totally refreshing to connect with people who aren't plastic and wanna invest in their wellness
