Kickboxing is a great full body and mind work out.You can step on that mat after a bad day and take it all out on the bag. I have never left a class not feeling energized and accomplished, I, also, can not say enough about how supportive the trainers are at iLoveKickboxing - Stamford.

every day I look forward to working out at ilovekickboxing because the instructors are so motivating and supportive. their energy and ambition is literally contagious.I remember walking into my first orientation class not knowing what to expect, I was so nervous and anxious but as soon as I met the instructors, I instantly felt like there was no judgment. i’ve been a member a little over a year now and i’ve completed more than 100 classes, i lost 20 pounds in the first few months and gained so much more confidence compared to when i started. through the ILKB program, i've also had the opportunity to meet other like-minded members who have become some of my closest friends.all you have to do is show up for class and the instructors will help you get closer to your fitness goals every day.

I can't say enough about this studio. It's great. Professional and positive. The Instructors are amazing. It's always clean. Classes are hard. And I feel energized after every class.

This is such a great place to start your journey on being healthy. The team here are so great, they motivate you and push you to do the best for you. I can honestly say I enjoy working out!

I’ve always been nervous about working out. I always felt judged or unwelcome at gyms, but ILKB is super welcoming and a judge-free zone. The instructors are amazing people who motivate you, and are always there to cheer you on, there has never been a workout where I felt bad, they always keep me feeling upbeat! Highly recommend joining!

This place is amazing! High energy, Flash and Jonathan are great instructors and motivators to help get you to your health goal.

If you ever thought of trying kickboxing, you should come to ILKB Stamford. You will love the instructors there. They are all so supportive and positive and cheer you on. The workout itself is great. Burn loads of calories and the workouts are never the same. The music is jamming and gets you pumped up to bring it!! Also if you join, you can help make a difference with every check in since ILKB suppports worthy causes every month. Come try a class or two, you won’t regret it. I love this place!!!

I have quickly grown to become addicted to this place. I signed up back in December and it's the best decision I've ever made. The classes are fun, the instructor Jonathan is awesome and motivating, and all of the people are great and not judgmental. After only a couple of weeks here I've already lost weight and can see muscle definition. If you're one of those people (like me) who had trouble sticking to a workout due to boredom, I highly highly recommend this place!

I joined ILKB in December with a friend knowing that I enjoyed kickboxing having tried it previously at other gyms. This place is definitely different for a number of reasons. First and foremost, it's FUN! The classes really do fly by in the best way. Second, the instructor, Jonathan, has the most amazing energy. Literally. every. class. It truly helps to have an instructor who motivates you while at the same time providing constructive criticism so you can continue to progress and fine tune your moves each round. Third, my membership allows me to train at any ILKB across the country. Traveling for work doesn't hold me back from my new favorite workout! In doing this for really only less than a month, I'm already loving it and seeing myself get stronger physically and mentally. It's been great for my life all around. Love!
