In-Shape Health Clubs

Love how this location stays open late.. 11pm to be exact. Staff is friendly. Excellent equipment. Love the ladies area.. perfect for getting back into the gym. I'd only suggest that they keep the sanitizer wipes refilled and more spray bottles for wiping down the machines.

I got a friendly greeting when I entered the gym from the front desk staff. They also took the time to explain where the men’s locker and the amenities that I was looking for was located. The gym was very clean no trash on the floor or left behind on the equipment. You could find sanitizer stations all over the gym. When leaving I was told to have a nice rest of my day and they hope to see me tomorrow which I thought was very nice and thoughtful.

Thursday was this first time in years that I went to the club on Hammer Lane. The staff was helpful and attentive. The club was clean and provided an enjoyable experience. I used the treadmill and free weights. I also attended my first Pilates class and loved it. I will definitely be returning.I feel like I get a lot for my money! Thanks InShape!

I enjoy the environment; clean, good temperatures, friendly helpful staff. There’s A plethora of great options major plus. I’ve been to several In-Shape locations and I enjoy them all even the smaller locations are cozy more intimate. I use the kids club for my 5 year old it’s very convenient thank you so much for the interactive arts and crafts staff does for the children but the best part is the group activities for mom, it’s like having a personal trainer keeps me coming back. The instructors are encouraging I tried coming on my own to do my own workout all these Machines but stop coming due to low motivation and was endangered of canceling my subscription but having the instructors I’ve finally been making real progress and haven’t given up for once. I really give it 9.5/10 only because I feel there should be some type of option for customers to bring a workout buddy it would be beneficial to keep customers and create potential new customers. It could even be a game; get so many points on the In-Shape app (which is pure genius that there’s an app) and you earn a day pass for a buddy it could be Obtained once a month. Just throwing the idea out there I love this gym well worth the price big thanx to the instructors for getting me in shape.. pun intended

Inshape Hammer Lane is great. Staff and workout machines always clean and ready.

I love the women section! And that women get their own suana! The staff here is always friendly!

We pay for a 24hr gym . Give us what we pay for . Planet fitness is open 24hrs you have no excuse !

The ladies at the front we not very knowledgeable. Instead of trying to up sell a multi gym membership, they tried to justify their actions. I canceled on the spot

I’ve worked out here for my fitness journey for over a year and enjoy everything about the environment. I’ve grown exponentially and love my fitness journey that much more.
