Planet fits has always been my go to Gym off and on for half a decade I've committed myself back. The non Judgemental work out environment helpful friendly staff and overall cleanliness of this facility and the affordable payment option and the perks from being a black card member I'm constantly recommending others to join. I also like that every planet fitness facility is modeled the same give or take some amenities.

I pay a membership and I can honestly say I regret it. The gym is always crowded, the crowd meter on the app is always wrong stating it’s not busy when there is actually no equipment/machines to use. Also, there are at least 3 of the same broken machines that never get repaired and if you look at their machines they are all cracked on seats/arm rest and definitely need replacing.

I've never been anywhere where the passport wasn't good enough for identification. I showed my driver's license but was told I needed a Cali ID. I asked if my passport was good enough, told no. (And this was just for a 3 day trial.) Anyways, the only good thing about this situation was they pointed me to Chuze Fitness and my experience there was 10/10. That place I highly recommend.

Great gym for the priceStaff usually is always wiping down equipment and are friendly. Like any gym things break.but usually addressed fast. Don't let the low reviews full you. Only thing is on peak times it's packed but that's a personal issue.

They closed the gym a few months ago to put in "brand new" machines. And now 4 months later half the machines are out of serviceUpdate: June 5th the machines are still broken after 2 weeks.Update June 12: machines are still broken.

Decent gym but the A/C has never been on or worked in years, it’s 100° today and it feels even hotter in the gym, needs a fix.

I have been working out here since 2021. Today I cancelled my membership because over the last 6 months it's been getting more and more crowded. The last three times I've came it was overcrowded. Only a few cardio machines available. I'm changing gyms to find one that's less crowded. Staff is super friendly though.
