Do not join unless you plan to never cancel your membership.I had some financial issues come up which ended up meaning that I needed to cancel my membership, except they're still charging me two months after getting confirmation of the cancelation. Their billing department for some reason ONLY communicates via email, and they supposedly only check their email once or twice a week. The coaches and staff here are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their clients, but I cannot give them higher than a single star because of the absolute disaster that their billing department is.If there is the slightest chance that you'll need to cancel your membership ever, do NOT join.

I haven't officially started my challenge and I'm already getting A1 customer service. I can't wait to get started with such a great team.

Joined the 6 week challenge (2- weeks ago) and so far it’s been a blast! Great motivation, the classes are fire and the coaches are professional and on point! Highly recommend!

Fit Theorem's combination of kickboxing, flow, HITT, and kettlebell workouts is incredible. I feel so much more energized, my mood has improved, and my posture is noticeably better. The provided meal plan is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended for a holistic fitness journey! 💥🍏 #FitGoals #TotalWellness …

Look y'all, inconsistent communication, charged when I wasn't supposed to, calling never went through but they'll text you! I've reported my extra charge twice and they finally fixed the problem after having to say I would report them to my bank as fraudulent. Wasn't getting the kind of intentional weekly checkups like I thought I was going to get. Tbh, coach Eric is what kept me and my husband going.

I am set to begin a 6-week, much needed, challenge at Fit Theorem. I visited the facility and had my consultation with Al-licia, who was both encouraging and explained the program thoroughly. When she was finished, there was no question that I wanted "in". She was also kind and truthful about my current eating habits, procrastinative behaviors, and my lack of self-care and explained how that should look moving forward. I encourage others to check out Fit Theorem. You will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to my transformation.

Went in and amazingly may have found exactly what I have been needing! Tanesha is a godsend and I am so happy that she will be my coach for the next 6 weeks! Here is a salad to a new beginning.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. IT IS NOT FREE. I signed up for the 6 week challenge they advertise on Instagram and at first it seemed legit and like a good offer. I was told that the challenge was $600 (yes you read that correctly) but you get it back after completion of the challenge. I was also told that the challenge focuses on accountability, which I understood but it's also like what was the $600 for. My credit card was also charged twice without permission. Once because I planned to split the $600 but wasn't able to because I was automatically charged without permission. The second time was for a heart monitor I was told was mandatory but was never actually mandatory. I was also never asked if it was okay to charge the same card again. Despite being upset about unauthorized charges, I brushed it off and went through with the challenge. The coaches were great and I actually did enjoy how easy the app was. When it came to actually tracking my progress, they never did. When signing up the challengers are told that pictures would be taken once a week and also a weight check. Nobody from fit theorem ever contacted me to come and do these things. So I came in 3 times a week (that is part of the requirement) and nobody ever said anything. I contacted Alicia because she is the one that signed me up and is the studio manager. She told me that I needed to come in and do the final measurements or whatever. I went in at the scheduled time I told her and she was not there. I left that same day because I was going out of town for a week. I never heard back from her. I asked if there was somebody above her and was told no. I'm sharing my experience because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I actually need that money back. I was laid off recently. I wouldn't have signed up if I felt that I wasn't getting it back. It was not worth $600. PLEASE do not sign up and waste your money.

Always a great workout! Johnny Dangerous always helps with variations to fit different individuals. The whole team is committed to everyone's success! Great vibes! After reading other negative reviews I feel compelled to edit my review, and add a bit more perspective about Fit Theorem Sugarland. I've been a member for a little over 4 years. I first tried them out from the 6-week challenge invitation. Yes it's true that it's hard to win such a challenge, but if you're honest with yourself, and you're ONLY joining a gym to win $500, then maybe you're not ready to make the lifestyle change commitment anyway. Over the handful of years I've been around, I've seen this place go through some changes, and no, it's not the cheapest out there, but it represents a community, and the coaches are sincerely invested in your success. Fitness is a lifestyle for them, and they truly take a personal interest in answering your questions, bringing in other fitness experts to speak on various topics, and making sure you have support to reach your goals. Like anything else, you get out of this what you put into it.
