The owner is very helpful. I have had technical difficulties and she has personally managed. I love the sweat! I have also forgotten my towel and they have always been kind to help out. Every person I've encountered had been kind and helpful.

Love this place!! It’s a gym where you can go and get your workout done anytime of the day. Most of the time I have the sauna to myself which is a bonus! The staff are always willing to listen to feedback and assist with my concerns.
