Great gym and experience. I inquired about the cold plunge service and Sid did a great job communicating with me to set up a time to try it out. When I got there the facility was cleaned and well kept and Sid did a fantastic job explaining to me all the benefits about cold plunging. I’ll for sure be back and highly recommend you check it out!

There are so many positives that I can say about Intensity Fitness that I don’t know where to begin. I signed up with Intensity Fitness Dec 2022. I’ve absorbed so much positive energy from the Trainers that I have come in contact with. Although it was a short segment of time, the positive vibes I received from Lydia was enough to, ā€œkeep Moving,ā€ and Stay motivated! There’s a Novel I could write about my personal Trainer Sid. But mostly he is well gifted in his Talent to KNOW EXACTLY how far to push your task during the workout session. Regardless of the workout, Sid becomes in-tune with you and just knows when that muscle has had enough šŸ˜†. He’s firm, tough, fair, and extremely polite. Regardless of his super hero physique you NEVER feel embarrassed or uncomfortable while working out. The most powerful thing that I’ve learned personally is to not look at a trainer’s physique and presume they would not be a fit trainer because you never knew their journey or how far they’ve come. Just because someone doesn’t look like a muscle-mania super-hero does not mean they can’t be your best trainer. I have truly found the place I feel so comfortable while losing weight, training and building up muscle. I’m getting healthier, stronger, and learning so much about Nutrition. It’s not a large gym but just the right fit with just the right amount equipment you need to feel personalized and powerful. There’s a larger area behind the gym that’s also utilized for workouts and fitness training. Intensity Fitness has just the right amount of Intense Fitness to keep you fit! Try them out, I do not think ANYONE would leave disappointed.

Without question SID is the best in the business. Lord knows how many years he has in the field. He can literally build any part of your body that you want to see results in. From instructing you on what to eat or what not to eat to gaining muscle, losing weight, you name it, he do it.

Sid Karim and team do an excellent job. They’ve helped me recover from a knee injury and got my whole body getting stronger and stronger, not to mention the work on injury prevention. Started training at Intensity Fitness about a year ago. I'd tried a couple of different traditional gyms with no success. Then I met coach Sid. WOW! Intensity Fitness is the truth! My first personal training experience and I'm glad it started here with Sid. I'm about 3 weeks in and I feel very comfortable with my fitness level (not embarrassed when I have to stop) and encouraged to push harder. I've noticed my personally growth in endurance from day one up to now. I have attended the group sessions but mainly go for personal training; I would recommend both. The atmosphere is cool, music is good and just to note if you have questions about techniques or anything pertaining to your fitness needs; Sid is more than willing to help.
