I am posting this here as the other location has been permanently closed.I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star based on the failure of Brandon and Glenna refunding my monies. I completed all requirements of the programs I participated in. Lost the required weight, checked in at all work outs, left a review and went to training sessions as required. Per the contract I was to receive a full refund for doing everything above. Until I receive my full refund I will not remove or change my star rating. If you want to work with honest people then I would not work with Glenna or Brandon when it comes to repayment of contractually owed money. They still run their location in Sugarland and offer a Keto program. I encourage people to use other programs before throwing money away on these two.The rest is accurate and I am still thankful for what was achieved but I am disappointed that Glenna and Brandon have made no attempt to contact me or return my fees after reaching out to them on multiple occasions.I started this program 18 weeks ago. In that 18 weeks, 3 sessions I was able to do what I haven’t been able to do in 5 years.This program helped me regain confidence in setting and achieving goals. It has also help me retrain my brain and body to eat what is best for me. It’s not a temporary diet, it’s a lifestyle change. I’ve actually enjoyed not having cravings for soda and removing salt from my meals has given me a new appreciation for the natural flavors of food.Anyone who has considered starting a program to lose weight and to retrain their eating habits then this is a great starting point.Brandon and Glenna are there with you every step of the way to help push you and motivate you. Brandon, has been there and done that. He went through this program when he was overweight and now he is the lead instructor with enough energy to keep you going through each daily regimen of workouts.As I stated earlier, I was able to accomplish more in 18 weeks of working out and meal planning than I did in the past year. So let me share with you what I was able to do. In 18 weeks I lost a total of 60.8 pounds and 20 inches from my body. I’ve dropped four pant sizes and am now able to fit back into a 2XLT shirt. I’m happier and healthier for making the choice to participate in this program.For those of you who think you’re too old or weigh too much to start this program let me tell you that if I can do it at the age of 50 and a starting weight of 392 pounds then anyone should be able to do this program. Don’t worry if you can’t do a burpee or a push-up. Brandon modifies each routine to accommodate your level of ability. NO ONE person is left out.Anyone who is ready to end their endless days of being overweight, unmotivated, and tired of being a couch potato then this class/course is for you! I challenge anyone on the fence to jump off and get into a class. You'll be better for it in the long run...now I'm off to lose more unwanted pounds and improve my health and wellbeing! My fiance and I joined the 6 week challenge to improve our health, mindset and to lose some weight we gained over the Holidays. After seeing a video of myself playing with my son I realized how much weight I have gained since I got married 5 years ago. I just knew I had to do something about it. Thankfully, I saw a facebook post about Transform FX Fitness-Houston shortly after that and decided to go to orientation and boy I am glad I did. I recently finished my first round of 6-week and lost 21.6 pounds and I will be starting my second round next week to get the rest of the weight off. I have learned that the most important part of weight lost is what and when you eat, at Transform FX Fitness-Houston they will teach you this. Some obstacles I had to overcome is the working out 6 days a week it was hard at first but once you see the weight start falling off and your clothes start fitting looser I started looking forward to working out. When I first started the challenge it was a struggle to do the 30 minute workout with Brandon. Now that I have more energy and stamina than I did 6 weeks ago I do the 5:30pm workout then go for a 20 minute jog then go back to the gym to do the 6:30pm workout. The best part is when you realize you need to buy a new belt because your current belt won’t get small enough to go around your waist anymore.

This for me was such a good decision. I weighed in at 177.6 and today was my last weigh in at 152.2 I've lost over 25 pounds and I've lost 21 inches in total. The support of all your new family members that you all have the goal is best of all. They all help in different ways rather it's eating habits or just their words of encouragement. I've tried several ways to lose weight but never been this successful or enjoyed like I have here. To Brandon & Glenna they both we're awesome... Anyone really wanting to lose weight that's willing to listen and give the hard work. This is the way to go... I burned both my feet the second week in with second and third degree burns and even I could still complete the workouts needed.What's more important here is not that I've lost the weight but is what I've learned and I'm taking from the experience. I honestly can say I've learned to eat right and what's needed to nourish my body to live healthier.

The name Transform is perfect for this experience. I feel as if I have been transformed during the past 14 weeks. I started the program in January, 2016 and have just completed two 6 week challenges. I was able to lose 30 pounds during the first challenge and 20 more during the second challenge. I feel as if my body is transformed but so is my mind. I look at food differently now and I understand it so much better. Is it hard work? Yes. Will you feel better and more confident? Yes. Is it worth all the hard work? Yes. None of this would be possible without the support of Glenna, Brandon, and Sonja. Glenna keeps you on track with the nutrition. Her knowledge is exemplary and she provides excellent suggestions on how to make the program work for you. Her calm and caring demeanor help you fee as if you are supported every step of the way. Brandon takes care of the fitness side of things and he has developed creative workouts that are never boring. They are about 35 minutes long and are intense but he allows you to go at your own pace. He helps you feel good about yourself and is always available to talk after bootcamp classes. Sonja helps Brandon with the workouts and she is a very positive addition to the program. She also conducts a Zumba class two times a week which helps you get your cardio exercise in. I am 57 years old and if I can do it, anyone can do it. You need to get your mind ready before starting this and be all in. If you do those things, Brandon, Glenna, Sonja, and most of all, YOU, will succeed in transforming your life.
