I paid $20 for no reason they didn't even let me start a class and I have text messages confirming they said I could change my start date. Now someone is trying to argue with me over a text messages. I do not recommend this place considering their shady practices.

Double check the bold n fine print on the membership forms. Yogasix is not professional n transparent in handling memberships. Very disappointing n stressful to encounter such practices from a Yoga center which is supposed to be a mind body balance building place!

TLDR: very inconvenient and hard to cancel subscription/membership. FTC complaint was made.Practiced yoga near my neighborhood, and it was nice, but considering the pandemic and family commitments, I had to stop. Called to cancel and was persuaded to freeze my account for 6 months instead, and I was anticipating a call to resume or cancel membership. However that was probably just small talk to confuse me because an email they sent said it would automatically continue payment. However, I thought they would be nice enough to call back, which they didn’t. 6 months later, card got charged, and immediately called to cancel membership permanently and to get a refund. I was able to get my membership canceled but they refused to refund me. They insisted that I “agreed to terms”. Terms that everyone just skims over right? Apparently I had to write a letter of cancellation and with 2 weeks notice? How bizarre. No disrespect to anyone at this studio, but please be aware of the difficulty it is to cancel your membership/subscription. The website and app has NO OBVIOUS way of unsubscribing. It was very inconvenient and stressful (very ironic since a yoga studio is supposed to do the opposite). Even Spotify can refund me the $10 they charged when it was my intention to cancel.I didn’t want to fight with the representatives, because i have chronic anxiety, but my bank has filed a dispute against the charge, so I’m just going to trust them to get my $109.50 back. I also filed a claim with the FTC for this franchise because it’s pretty scummy to not have an obvious unsubscribe option on their online website or app. It’s against FTC regulations to be deceptive and not provide obvious/easy ways to opt in or out of subscription services.edit: I also want to add—they dont even let you have an easy option to delete your card info.

Tried Yoga6Go membership and the classes are great. Billing has been a mess since day one. First month got it fixed with multiple emails. Second month no one will respond to text, emails, fb contact or calls. I did a mistake of prepaying and they won't honor the credit on my account, keep billing my Credit card (which I cannot remove from my online account looks like).Update- this was made right by refunding new charge but the old credit (almost $90) is neither being refunded or being applied to membership. Last email i got was asking to buy merchandise which I refused and no response since then. If I needed yoga supplies I can buy anywhere.

Best studio in Fort Bend, and I have tried a lot of them! The instructors will push you, but are patient with you and spend time to know your limitations. I had major surgery last year and am still recovering, but the Yoga6 classes have helped restore about 90 percent of my flexibility. I highly recommend joining the studio.
