I enjoy being able to check myself in from the app on my phone. Today was one of the better days because I didn't have to work three machines while I waited for the one I wanted to use while someone took a nap on it and texted on their phone (which is often the case).

Signed up for membership in another city. When I signed up was told can go yo gyms wherever be cause I travel to different for work. I did not have an issue until going to Pembroke Pines, Florida location (Palm ave and Johnson) where I was informed one evening( after working out there twice a week for two weeks past) that I could not workout and had to go to my gym. Of course this was one particular employee. So I called the gym/location where I signed up and this still hasn't been resolved. I'm going to another gym because membership really doesn't mean membership@!!

Absolutely great. Not too many people there. Loads of equipment. Lots of cleaning solution stations. I was a guest but would definitely recommend anyone to become members. Oh this was 5am in the morning. May as well get it in way early and get it over with.

They're open 24 hrs. There's cleaning solution available at every station when I go.There's an abundance of equipment... however regular steppers would be very useful.

1 star, I’m in disbelief. I been working out here for about 1-2 years. I call and someone that goes by the name of Veronica I believe hangs up on me after I said “Hey, how’s your day going” I was just trying to start off the conversation but she proceeded to sigh and hang up. Does she not like the job? Thats my guess. There shouldn’t be workers here that put out energy like this, I usually love the workers there but it seems to be going downhill in a fast manner. All I wanted was to upgrade my membership from standard to a black card

Great gym with a lot of equipment, it’s clean and staff are friendly. Also, you don’t get the feeling it’s too crowded because it has so much equipment and high ceilings with good fans for plenty of air circulation.

Management decided to harass me. I kindly explained to everyone there that I was pressed for time and needed access to the restroom. Kindly explained to every staff at the desk would you please key in my phone number I am pressed for time. There nothing wrong with my account and I gave the management the correct phone number. Several times. Constantly being told that it's incorrect. Manager refuses provide necessary assistance. Went to the restroom, did what I had to do. Management is disgustingly approaching me in the restroom threatening with the police cancelation or membership. In my opinion and from my perspective it seems as management is trying coerce a problem that they can fix or proactively cancel my membership. Not my home gym, I have the black card. I use this gym as needed when I am I area. Would not like to be harassed by management. Would like a mediation if it was determined I've been incorrect in the past. Otherwise I will claiming discrimination. All the best be well.

Love this gym..never too packed and clean equipment! Bumped heads with one employee Michael who seemed very racist, unhelpful, and wouldn’t answer every time I asked to use a massage chair. When he did answer he was rude, nasty and had an unpleasant attitude. Other than that the other staff members are very friendly and welcoming!

I’m extremely grateful that this location is open 24 hours and they’re friendly. It’s a large location from others that I have seen and have a good amount of different machines etc for whatever you’re looking to improve/maintain and whatnot. I do however wish that gyms include a larger chest pad that is able to be adjusted for females since it can get uncomfortable easily or quickly on the chest area.

Solid gym, good atmosphere, pleasant overall, the equipment is up to date.The staff is friendly, you get what you pay for, the gym had no basketball court or pool. But has all the basic equipment you need for your health.The gym had pretty good water bed, great for your back and legs pain if you got excited and trained more than should've, overall I cann see value for my money at the gym.They got 2 plans one is 9.99 their premium is 22.99If you have the budget, and pool and basketball or sauna is important, upgrade and go to LA Fitness or 24 fitness, if not, planet fitness is a pretty good gym.
