I was very pleased with how I was treated, Scott was very helpful!! Had my first one on one training today and I couldn't be happier , at first I was dreading coming in but now I am looking forward to my progress!!

I love this place! I love small gyms and this one is a wonderful and happy place to be at... everyone is so friendly it feels like a family. Makes me want to come even on the days I don’t feel like working out.

Awesome gym I love it here. The coach is very awesome and he is a very nice person I'm 15 and he's helping me with training for free and he's very supportive and very considerate of people's thoughts and set you up for a complete method to workout.

I've been trying to cancel my membership. Manager says he doesn't have access to the financials, only the owner Jen does, and she doesn't answer her phone, email or come into the gym. So I don't even know if she exists. Cancelled in February and was still charged March and April. Then I cancelled my card and they sent me to collections for past due. This place is a joke.
