This gym is very clean, lots of equipment, the staff are friendly. However, I am giving PF 5 stars because the cancellation process was quick and painless. Thank you for respecting my decision and not making me jump through hoops, PF!

I never feel judged or out of my league at Planet Fitness. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. They greet you and say goodbye and they always have a smile on their face! I feel safe using the clean equipment and facilities which are always in excellent working order. Thank you for adjusting your hours to suit your customers needs!

The gym is decent and at a decent price. It does not make sense that you are required to wear the mask while on the equipment even tho they are all spaced at the "Required Social Distance." Can't we elect to not wear the mask ONLY while on the equipment, so we do NOT breath in harmful carbon dioxide?Even the commercial for Planet Fitness advertises the members working out showing off their jackass smiles on their non-mask-wearing-faces. Stupid

The staff is friendly, always smiling. The gym is spotless and bright, 5 stars for this!!!If I was to criticize this gym in any way it would be for its lack of rule enforcements." it is corporate policy that cell phone use is only permitted in the lobby of the club. Use of cell phones on the gym floor or while using equipment is dangerous for individual members and distracting to others,"This is the policy of planet fitness however there are people in here gabbing on their phone for an entire hour, and no one says anything to them, staff rarely come into the gym area except to cleanAll gyms are required to have signage on the wall that states the policy, which is that jeans, boots, sandals, or string tank tops (men’s muscle T-shirts) are not allowed.In the 30 minute workout only section there is a sign that says regularly monitored by staff, that needs to be changed to never monitored by staff, it is a jungle in there with people doing whatever they want and stepping all over the people trying to follow the 30 minute rules, it's a breeding ground for every "Karen" and "Meathead" in the neighborhood.This gym needs to install seats in the gym because people mostly women sit on the equipment and surf their cell phone for endless amounts of time, other people wanting to use that equipment are out of luck, again staff not correcting any bad behaviors whatsoever.Response to owner: it is not my job as a customer to report rule violations to your staff. They should be doing periodic rounds in the gym to ensure safety and rules are followed, they do this when they check the bathroom and sign that they have insured it's cleanliness. They should do the same for security and safety.

The crowd meter is wildly inaccurate and the gym during the entire summer was full of teenagers goofing off. I appreciate the program you run for them; however, you also need to enforce a no loitering policy as well if they just sitting on machines on their phone and not working out.

Well kept and well equipped PF facility. Little by busier than my other goto facility in Surprise, but there is plenty of available equipment because they have more pieces available. Clean restroom/locker room area that not only looked clean but smelled clean. Front desk staff is a bit standoff-ish, but I don’t come here for good company. Thumbs up here.

The gym is clean and cooled properly for the AZ heat. Great value for the money!
