Scammers, stole my money.I subscribed with them under blue membership and they charged me the annual charge on June 26th, 2023 amount of $73.56.In August 2023, one of their associates told me that if I upgrade my membership on that day to the black one, then he can give a promotion code that costs $0 to be upgraded plus the monthly fees will remain $22.47, and because I already paid the annual fees of my blue plan then I didn't have to pay the annual membership again this year.Guess what happened with these scammers? They charged me the annual fee again on 09/14/2023 and the amount was $54.15. I want to add that I agreed to be upgraded in order to be able of using massage chairs with new plan. Again guess what? Their chairs have been out of order since June 2023 except two chairs that don't work properly either. I am so disappointed because I visited their other location in Surprise city and it was much better than this location.

Too many games regarding enrollment fees. Too much push from staff to get you to sign up for the costlier option memberships. And too many equipments and benches covered with skin oil and body sweat stains, dander and hair on treadmills controls consistently. Such a stomach churning experience. Never setting a foot in this location again.

Walked in a few times and it was really crowded. I decided I wanted to cancel my membership because I prefer a gym that isn’t so crowded. I called and Jersey answered the phone, I asked how to cancel my membership and she just took care of it for me. She was very professional, kind and handled it during that phone call. They did say I would be charged one more time, I think that is bogus! Anyway she was awesome! Three stars because it is just too crowded.

I decided to work out with a personal trainer and meeting Marcus Smith was the best decision ever. He’s fun, personable, knowledgeable and has really helped me with form so I can be injury free. I can’t say enough about him.

Was brought into the Gym by an ad for $10 per month. I consulted with a sales rep and he convinced me to join for $22 per month, then I logged into the app where it said I would be charged over $70 on my monthly billing so within a day of signing up I took advantage of the cancellation period. A few days later I logged into the app again to verify the cancellation, but the membership was still active, so I went into the location again and cancelled it at the front desk. Well it has been 30 days now and EOS is now billing my credit card. So I called the Surprise location this morning and spoke with Olivia. With her belligerent attitude she proceeded to tell me that if I want to cancel I have to pay them. This is the most abysmal customer service experience I have encountered. I will stay with Mountainside Fitness and I have closed the credit card EOS had on file. Run don't walk from this organization, they are very dishonest!

Amazing gym with great staff and amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to work out.

Recovery room, the massage chairs always been broken.Out of 5 only 2 are working, more than 1 month

these people r a bunch of crooks man, i recently joined the military and was a long time member at the bell location, and for my A school leave i bought what i thought was a week pass, the gym was nice however what jose didn’t tell me was that he signed me up for a blue card and was gonna be charged $75 a month, well after i’m long gone out of az back at my station i find out cuz i randomly got charged, i called them up and they said they canceled my membership but they didn’t. Also was told i’d get a call from the manager but never did. not only is what he did highly illegal but also breaks the sailor and soldiers act, im out quite a bit of money out of what small paychecks i get and i’m just getting screwed over from it. if you do join make sure you know what exactly you’re getting signed up for

I liked everything in this gym, but the common problem in all locations is that there are a lot alot members. I hope some day they will stop accepting new members and start counting how many people are inside the Gym.

The staff members were very rude they and started kicking us out the pool when in the member ship said you can't be told anything in the gym they kicked us out the pool as well because they apparently had other members kicking us out when we pay full price for us to to train do not recommend
