Love this new concept that Benevilla decided to go with after Birts Bistro had to close. I enjoy each and every one of my classes. All the coaches are awesome! Highly recommend !

We have been going to Benevilla adaptive gym since they first opened. The staff is great and always willing to listen and they are open to new ideas. they have a variety of classes.

I joined the gym within the week of their opening. The coaches are outstanding, and make you feel comfortable. Since joining I have lost 20lbs. I have more energy, I have built muscle, and move so much better. You would never know I have Parkinsons.

What a blessing to go to Benefitness & finally start feeling better after 2 months of PT over a year ago & not able to fully heal. In just 3 weeks of attending about 4 group classes per week, I'm better about 80%. I look forward to continuing classes while healing. Thanks to Lori, Robert & Rudy. God bless you all.
