EōS Fitness

I signed up for personal training sessions. I was told it was a 4 month plan, $44 twice a month making it $88 a month. After the 4 months it would be a weekly fee and I would determine if I want to continue with the sessions. I agreed to that and the trainer that was assigned to me was great, however I have been getting charged $88 every two weeks which is not what I agreed upon. If this is the case then I feel misled and no longer want the services. I’ve tried reaching out to the manager but I haven’t been able to get ahold of him.

Bad maintained gym and rude staff!! Every 4th gym equipment seem to be out of order. Badly maintained machines and not to good quality as most were rusty.The staff need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service. And so does the manager "Ms. Bridgett" who is unreliable when trying to do business.This gym can go same way as California wow or the rest fast growing gyms who are badly runned by managers with bad business strategies and vision.

Started in April and it was THE BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE!My personal training sessions with Marcus are always a highlight to my week. It's hard work and not easy but he makes its it a great time and keeps me motivated. I feel amazing lately!!This gym is wonderful and the employees are fantastic. Highly recommend!

After spending a year in this gym, tons of money spent on personal training, etc. I moved away and asked my membership to be cancelled. I continued to be charged and when I called, was told nothing they can do. Was a great experience at this gym until I moved away and couldn't give them my money anymore. They just choose to continue to take it. Arden is great! Everyone else there needs a lesson on customer service.

So what can I say about Brigitte she was the best she was wonderful. Such a great person Love everything about her. She was very helpful and super nice. So if you see Brigitte tell her Hi.

I enjoy coming to EōS because they have lots of work out equipment. The only thing I don’t like is when something is down it takes them a long time to get it repaired. The sauna has been down for at least a month now but EōS continues to take our membership fees in a timely manner. Not very happy.

Had a killer workout with my personal trainer Marcus today. This dude made every muscle in my body work harder than they have ever worked before! Solid session, very knowledgeable and personable as well!Looking at making this a weekly routine! Oh, and when EOS says free 1 hour personal training session , you get exactly that! Not 20 minutes of getting weighed and measured, then roughly 30 minutes of workout time. It was an hour of butt kicking exercise!Thanks, Marcus!

Dirty and broken down ALREADY! It’s a brand new place and their machines are squeaky and broken down with staff that never address them. They’re too busy standing around up front (3 at a time) and chatting or buried in their phones. I never see any of them cleaning or being productive.They blare their music like a night club. Their cinema room never works, with audio and picture always going out. Or the volume being extra low. Pairs nicely with the blaring club music. People filming for their social media in the gym and the locker room.Having equipment break down is perfectly understandable. But leaving it unaddressed for months is not acceptable!Incompetence and laziness all around.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a gym - I found EOS and it is amazing! Travis was the best - showed me around and made me feel so welcome. Every time I come in he greets me and makes my time there even more enjoyable! Be sure and ask for Travis if you check out the gym!
