Suffered too long with my EOS membership. Cancelled EOS and joined Esporta. Wish I did this a year ago. Of course EOS has to bleed you on your way out the door and charges anyone that cancels another month which is nothing less than punitive.

Gone downhill over past couple years, both employees and clientele. Too many kids and youngsters who spend too much time on their phones and are in the way, holding up workouts of people who are there to actually workout. Getting rid of basketball court would help.Use to be 24 hours but after the pandemic they don’t open until 8am on weekends, should be 6am for many people to get workouts done instead of it being packed by 830 - always constant flow of new employees, which is more social time amongst themselves than actual work. None of the so called trainers actually look like they could, or should be training anyone.Wish they’d get back to pre- pandemic standards,

I'm not rating the facility as a whole, nor am I rating the staff in it's entirety. I'm simply reading Belinda. At best, piss-poor customer service at least on our specific phone call. Belinda if you're going to cash the payroll check at least do the job that they're paying you for. I don't believe that that job description includes over talking customers when they're asking questions, deliberately not ask answering the questions that you're being asked, and insisting on making points irrelevant to the specific conversation at the time that the call was made. Your sense of entitlement that you can speak to a paying customer in any fashion that you deem fit is a horrible reflection on what I believe to be a pretty decent establishment. Your addition as a member to the staffing is unfortunate for Steve (the manager,) whether he knows it or not. Based on encounter of you in your role, I personally think you're "just lucky" to have the position at all. As we all know, even barely average help is extremely hard to find. That said, Belinda you fit the employment market very well. Nonetheless. I wish we could have had a better exchange in our dialogue when I called to ask if your gymnasium was busy. Seems like a reasonable question before making a drive to the venue, and then having to turn right around due to being crowded. I will explore your response further with the corporate office to verify if it's against corporate policy for you to state to a patron whether or not your establishment is "very busy" with other patrons such as myself. Nonetheless, good luck and best wishes.

Thank you Jordan a nice young man at the front desk. He was very helpful in locating a lost item that I had misplaced at the gym. I do find the entire group of staff members to be very pleasant and helpful. All should be applauded. thank you everyone for a niece gym environment.

We were working out in the fitness room listening to music , this lady in this picture who claims to be an employee not wearing an Esporta uniform or Esporta shirt tells us that we can't use the music machine that literally says sign in as guest . Then she comes and puts her own music .

The custodial engineer takes his job more seriously than any I’ve ever seen at a gym. Dude is always working and pays attention to details most don’t. Noticed and respected🤘🏽 …

I travel a lot for work and when I am in Phoenix I drive 12 minutes out of my way passing other gyms a long the way to hit this one. The gym floors are some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The equipment is always clean and not broken down even the plates and dumbbells appear to be getting dusted nightly. The amenities are nice too the sauna is set to a high temperature and the pool is always in good condition if I was a Arizona resident this would be my go to gym and I wouldn't even be writing this review because I wouldn't want others to find about it

Been coming here for years, the front desk girls are awesome. The management crew is terrible. Head guy in charge is definitely a racist and a narcissist. Typical for a head guy. Don’t recommend this one. Cancelling virtually impossible and cooperate could care less as long as their pockets are filled. Go to a small gym you’ll be approached more.

Very cool gym with everything you need. There is a pool/hot tub and a basketball court here as well. Plenty of free weights and machines along with a turf area for functional training. It never seemed to crowded. There are some very friendly staff members and others who aren't very kind which was sort of a bummer. Prices are reasonable compared to everywhere else.
