10/10 would recommend! Burn has helped so much with my endurance and building muscle. The coaches are so personable and always encouraging. There are so many physical benefits but I love being able to work hard and leave all my problems on the mat. Mentally I know I can unload and get a good sweat in.

I joined them like two years ago or so and recall when I joined the women working were extremely rude to my sister and I, we were very nice and kept asking what the pricing was (which was not disclosed anywhere) Once we found out what the pricing was, we had told the ladies working that even though it was a 30 day trial, we said we did not want to waste their time when we are clearly not interested in continuing based on the price. Then, they continued to tell us that they want us to keep going to the free trial days or else well get "FOMO." which I found incredibly rude, on top of the fact that even though I had cancelled all subscriptions and asked to end text messages i still to this day two years later get promotional emails and texts from them. Very annoying, very overpriced, and very loud next to the nail salon I used to go to back in syracuse.

Love it here! The coaches are helpful and so inviting, you just have to come back!
