Tried for the first time; my 7 year old and I used the automatic ones, and it was easy to get climbing right away! Watch the videos and Fill out the waivers ahead online to save time. Cost was about $50 for the two of us, but we could climb as much as much we wanted. Lots of spots to rest and take breaks. Vending machines available too.

My daughter and I are avid indoor climbers. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to check the place out. The setting was varied and fun. The staff were so friendly-even the setters chatted briefly. The upstairs bouldering was wonderful! I hope someday my home gym creates a space like it. Great experience- worth the trip!

Photo taken at the bouldering competition held at CRG Syracuse, courtesy of the gym. This is easily my favorite place to be. The atmosphere is always incredible, the staff are the coolest people you'll meet, and the whole place has a strong value in community.Good for first timers (unlike some other gyms) as well as experienced/advanced climbers. So much to do no matter what your experience level is.Youth programs are immaculate. Their kids are such good climbers!

Awesome gym! Friendly staff, great routes, tons of options and space, open all day and into the night, safe location. Used a Groupon for my family to learn to belay and that was a great deal. Would love for there to be auto belays on harder routes in case you don’t have someone to belay you. Otherwise if I lived in the area, I’d definitely have a membership.

Edit 11/23/21: the expansion is incredible! The staff, space, and setting here are all amazing. Great yoga, fitness, and belay classes also. The buddy pass policy allows me to bring friends who don't climb once per month to introduce them to the gym/sport. Also, the climbers here are chill and helpful to new climbers.

We loved it! I didn't climb myself, but we brought our 4 & 5 year old girls here to climb & the staff was great with them! They had kid walls perfect for them. It was a great experience & we will definitely be bringing them back to climb some more!

New to climbing and absolutely love this place. Recently signed up as a member. Love the physical and mental challenge climbing provides. The staff is super helpful. Now that I’m a member i have taken the strength classes and it’s really helping advance my climbing. Highly recommend! Looking forward to having something new to do this winter.

Jaw Dropping is the only way to describe this place. The gym has been open a little more than two months. I went to take a tour of the place and probably have fallen in love with rock climbing.First off, the staff are extremely accommodating. My daughter and I were given a full tour of all the amenities of the place. Our guide answered all our questions and explained different memberships in full. This is much more than just a climbing wall. It also has a full functioning fitness area. It includes cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights, too. There is a huge yoga room that is also part of the facility. Fully functioning men and women locker rooms really seal the deal.Their prices are ridiculously good. Not only do you get access to the multitude of walls, but also access to all classes and weight equipment. I am looking forward to returning to Central Rock to get my climb on!
