Awesome gym with lots of equipment, friendly staff, and good environment. I’ve been coming for over a year now. Although it can get a little packed, I hardly ever have to wait for equipment.

Ryan has been putting up with my BS for the last 6 years, lol. He’s the best trainer and gym owner ever. Love coming here, it’s truly a great environment.

Large warehouse space with every piece of fitness equipment you could think of plus some you didn’t know existed. I’ve never visited a space with this level of devotion to all kinds of athletes or this immaculate. The place is SPOTLESS. Came here twice for a couple workouts and would have easily become a full time member if I was ever in Syracuse for an extended period of time. The only drawback? I visited Sunday PM after hours [it is 24-hours] and did not know how to get inside. Another patron had to let me in. Still incredible.

I got a week pass here and I really liked the place, service, and equipment they have. I decided to get a 24-hour membership and it's been really great.

Stopped in while traveling, visiting family. Was floored. The variety of equipment in the facility is WILD. Powerlifting, Strongman, Crossfit, they've got it. Plenty of racks, platforms, and benches, including all the essential machines (hack squats, belted, cable machines etc) Favorite part was trying out the bamboo earthquake bar on their EliteFTS bench. Awesome staff. Just one issue - I wish I lived closer, would definitely make this my home gym if I could!

Staff is friendly and so welcoming. They have a wide variety of equipment and the location is across from a beautiful park in case you’re feeling up for an outdoor run/walk. Their classes are catered to different fitness levels and the trainers make you feel comfortable, yet push you out of your comfort zone for the best!
