My daughter trains for soccer on the small field here and the facilities very clean. Large enough to accommodate small groups for training. Looking at the actual workout facility area looks very clean as well.

Jason is incredible - I’ve been with him for over 5 years now, and it amazes me how consistently he’s able to keep you on target. He’s super knowledgeable and supportive, giving you that one-on-one training even in a group class, and has always made coming to Parallax an exciting prospect with changing (and challenging!) workouts that never fail to make me sweat.

Great workout, especially if group settings work for you. Just enough cardio for good heart health, but primarily functional resistance training. Great for someone who wants to get more out of weights but is a little intimated by going to the gym solo.

I have been going to Parallax for about a month now and can say everyone, from the trainers to the people working out there, are super friendly, hard working and nice! Jason leads most of the classes and walks around to speak with everyone to make sure they are hitting their goals. I’ve adjusted the way I work out with his guidance and feel the difference! I cannot wait to see how I feel in another month! 100% recommend!

Outstanding gym that truly produces results. Great equipment, open concept, never too crowded. Great group of people that pushes each other to be better. Love the outside the box exercises that can be done on the turf field!

Easily the best place to workout in Syracuse. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great community of people with all kinds of fitness goals. I started a month ago and have seen more results than a year of working out on my own.
