I love this gym! The space has been really well designed, a lot of thought was put into making this gym a place that works for everyone's individual fitness needs and goals and it really shows! The trainers are passionate about what they do, and about helping people reach their goals in a way that works for them.I've been training with Seth for two months now and he's been working with me on strength and injury prevention, and I can already feel a difference in the ways I move. He's friendly, really knowledgeable, and tailors each workout to your individual needs, and the ways you like to exercise. He has the perfect balance of pushing you to become stronger and to challenge yourself, without pushing past the limits of what you can safely do at the time. He's patient, and creates the best work out experience for each person!This is high key the best place to work out in Syracuse, regardless of what your fitness goals are. Whether it's weight loss, strength, injury prevention, anything at all, the trainers work with you so you can achieve those goals in the healthiest ways. My interactions with every trainer have been really wonderful, 10/10 everyone should come here!

I never leave reviews but I have to for SYR Fitness.One of the best gyms in the area by far! The trainers are knowledgeable and patient with their clients while helping them meet their goals. Large locker rooms, sauna and steam rooms and all of the gym equipment you could want or need.What more could you ask for?
