This place is awesome. HANDS DOWN the best customer service and training you can get. sadly it didn't work out for me because I myself couldn't afford it and have major life issues but the trainers whenever I was in the neighborhood would always check make sure I 'am ok. Sarah is one of the best people you will ever have the chance of knowing trust me

9Round and the trainers here are amazing. I have worked out with the owner personally and he always brings the energy! 30min workout and the workouts change daily. Also having a personal trainer always takes the guess work out of form and if I'm doing things correctly! Highly recommend this gym!

Started 9Round a couple of months ago. The 30 minute workout is fantastic. My heart rate always averages over 130 for the 30 minutes. The trainers make sure to keep you moving between the 9 stations with V-Ups, crunches etc. They make sure to teach technique and will engage in some speed punching. Try it, you’ll be addicted! One of the best workouts in Tacoma.

I was getting so bored and stunted with my gym workouts then I found 9round! The workouts are different everyday and the trainers push you to be better each workout. I’ve never been more fit in my life, highly recommend 9round!

Love this gym, incredible workout and amazing staff too. You’re in and out in 35 minutes and burn 300+ calories. The owner Tim is really amazing, really supportive of the local community and charities. Great company overall and one I feel good supporting!

Went here for the first time today. Their open house. They officially open on Monday. Got a full tour today, so I asked if we could go over it again and I'd video it this time. Hopefully you can see it! Excellent. I highly recommend it. Each workout is 3 minutes, and 20 seconds changeover between each approx is about 30 minutes total. Personally, I like some prep stretching before, and a little afterwards too. Plenty of parking. Love how my workout can start at any time. You're on your feet for the workout, so no need for much wiping down before or after each stage, although I always bring my own towel with me. A superlative workout!
